We spent a weekend at this campsite with my family and really enjoyed it. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and the facilities were clean and sufficient. However, my hammock, which I hung carefully without harming the trees, was removed by the staff even though this is not mentioned in the policy. Also, the internet connection was weak — both mobile and Wi-Fi signals were poor in the camping area. Overall, it’s a nice and calm place, but these issues could be improved.

So well run and friendly staff. We loved our short stay here. Definitely one of the best CAMC Club sites and very close to London. Plenty of good walks -to Chaldon Church and along the old Pilgrims Way

We have been all over the UK over the past 8 years & this site is up there with the best. Such friendly staff(very important to us) the facilities are second to none, you just have no idea you are so close to London. Already rebooked for July.

Perfect site. I was really surprised to find this place to be so quiet, rural-looking and surrounded by trees, yet still inside the perimeter of London's M25 moyorway. Lovely welcome and helpful staff. We were out of the way on pitch 161 which was perfect for our little family gathering.

Very well kept camp site with all amenities clean and well maintained. This is a great place to stay with the pitches set out under trees and well spaced. Some good walks to pubs.

The best campsite we stayed in in the UK. Highly recommended. Lots of space between pitches. Loads of walks directly from the campsite which the hound loved. We were even able to walk to 2 lovely country pubs! We will be back ...

This is our second visit but this time we came with friends. There are so many lovely dog walks out of the campsite, with a few pubs along the way, we did lots of walking whilst here and visited the Harrow,. The Fox and the WattingdonArms. The fenced off dog area is a little small but to be honest you can walk your dogs in the small woods next to the campsite should you want your dogs to be off the lead. The toilets were quiet and very clean up until Friday and then not so much! The site itself is huge and so we were able to tuck ourselves away, and had a grass pitch. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful too. Despite where this campsite is located it's very peaceful and you don't hear the traffic from the nearby roads, although there are a few planes and helicopters going over during the day!
