    Have Been Using These Guys For A Very Long Time, Always Happy With The Service And Most Of The Time They Are Cheaper Then Others. Friendly Staff And They Have A Wide Range Of Hand Made, Either Premade Bouquets In Many Colours And Rage For A Quick Walk In And Buy for Them Occasions You Forgot About Or Personally Customized For Any Occasion. The Flowers Are Always Very High, Premium Quality And They Always Last Alot Longer Then Your Usaul Supermarket Stuff :)

    Asked for a fresh flower garland for a wedding. Gave the shop 2 weeks notice. Cost £25 and they gave rotting flowers. Rose on the end was already on its last leg. When I pointed this out to the staff. They were argumentative and refused to replace or refund. Utterly unhelpful. Complete garbage. Could've done a better job myself. To add, I just had a call back from a member of staff with a very threatening tone, querying why I left this review. Then stated that they'd watched video footage of me 'swearing at staff.' (Didn't know cctv captured voices) I clarified I did not swear, as I didn't and that I was simply dissatisfied with their overpriced service. This was a very unhelpful call back, and after not hearing my side of the story at all, proceeding to talk over me, the man kept rempeating the phrase 'listen to me, listen to me' in a threating manner. I simply disconnected the call. After I disconnected the call, they processed to make 2 further calls and left a voice message. Utterly appalling. Now, they are harassing me using a private number. I have left a screenshot. I have received yet another call from their official business. The pictures show the type of product I was provided with, and I would not have pictures of a product if the colleagues had offered to refund or replace the garland. I am now being called a liar by the owner in the response they have left. If I had been offered any refund or replacement, then I would not have these pictures as proof. No attempt to resolve the issue was made on the day. 3 staff members were present, yet none professional enough to help. The calls are now redundant. I understand this reflects badly on your business. But others should see what they could potentially be paying for at your shop. I have simply written and shown my personal experience. Calling me a lair in the response shows the type of people your business is represented by. The proof is in the pictures. Do better.

    Absolutely beautiful flowers. I placed my order over Snapchat, it was very last minute late at night. Adnan was so so accommodating, so kind, patient, caring and considerate. My order was ready in a timely manner and ready to collect. When I arrived i was able to make a few changes to my order which Adnan allowed & he ensured me and my sister were content with our order before we left the shop which was very kind of him. It was quiet a big order & me and my sister were very pleased with it. The flowers have remained fresh and looked absolutely stunning together. I am forever grateful for the customer service recieved and Adnans kindness is something which will stay with me forever. I would definitely recommend Lister florists for any occasion you won't be let down. The prices are very reasonable too.

    Fantastic service - walked in the shop and was greeted respectfully. Highly recommend this place! They have a wide range of flowers which they put together very nicely. The prices are extremely reasonable too. They also offer a delivery service too. Thanks guys - will definitely be coming back and will be telling family and friends about you too!
