   Really kind customer service received from Adnan, he had so much knowledge and understanding of flowers/bouquets and was very kind and helpful in helping me pick the right bouquet. He went the extra mile and changed the wrapping of one of the bouquets at no extra cost. He also worked really well with my budget and was very patient. Will definitely be visiting again!    A very big letdown overall The deposit was made in advance and the order was confirmed on the social platform. Arrived to pick up the bouquet of flowers on the date, after the agreed pick up time and they were not even made. To be then told they will deliver to the address & that was a goodwill gesture, even though I had travelled 40 minutes to get to the shop & the price will not me adjusted for the inconvenience that was caused.

   I purchased a bouquet of flowers this morning for a dear friend. The smile on her face when she received it was priceless. I hadn't wanted to by flowers from the supermarket or other local florists. They're usually all similar in terms of style and 'look'. Eden's almost reflect the name! Their bouquets are certainly heavenly. Definitely my go to local florists now. The shop is beautifully laid out, with a great deal of thought gone into the decor and presentation. I'd describe it as a beautiful little gem, you're stepping into another world when you step over the threshold.

   I am really impressed with this company! Such lovely options of flowers and arrangements. I was gifted flowers from this company 2 years ago (They were forever roses) the still look great!    Today is the first time that i have used SKG EDEN and i was not disappointed! I was in need of a florist urgently and i saw SKG Eden on google. I called the business and spoke to Hussain , who sent me pictures of the flowers and had them ready in less than 20 minutes. It was really last minute but he was brilliant, efficient and professional and the flowers looked even more gorgeous in person! Will definantly be using them again and would 110% recommened this company to anyone who is looking for gorgeous flowers which are perfect for every occasion! :)
