Karma Sanctum hotel in Soho is the Hard Rock Cafe of hotels. If you’re a fan of classic rock you’ll want to spend at least a couple nights here like I did. For many folks it’s a bit too expensive to stay much longer than that but two nights should give you a great experience. There’s a lot to see and do here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was a gem, and was clean, comfortable, and functional. The on-site restaurant, Wild Heart Bar & Shokudo, is very nice. There is a 24-hour rooftop lounge and hot tub that is really pretty sweet, and you are about a two-minute walk from Piccadilly Circus. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Outstanding Experience! We had the absolute best time thanks to Tuna, the cocktail barman. Every drink he made was exceptional—perfectly balanced, creative, and full of flavor. You can tell he truly knows his craft. On top of that, his customer service was flawless. Tuna was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, and it really made our night memorable. If you’re looking for incredible cocktails and top-tier hospitality, Tuna is the one to see. Highly recommended!

We held our charity event on Friday at the Sanctum and I had the pleasure of staying over. The rooms was extremely comfortable. All the staff I encountered were warm and welcoming. Whitney was amazing, so helpful and nothing was a problem for her. She is most definitely an asset to the hotel. Beatrice at reception was delightful and very helpful. Everyone who attended the event commented that the food was delicious and the venue was lovely. I can quite honestly say, there was not one negative comment. We will definitely be back and thank you to you and all your wonderful staff for an amazing night!

Stayed here for three nights and had an absolute wonderful time! The hotell interior is amazing, and smelled so good! All the staff were super welcoming and friendly, from the cleaning personnel to the front desk. Lovely atmosphere. Very service minded and helpful in any way they could! The location is perfect, love the district, and everything is literally within walking distance. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in London!

By far my favourite hotel in London. Charming, unique and welcoming. I’ve stayed there multiple times over the years, and it has never failed me. Feels like a home away from home, and I can tell that this comfort is felt by other guests by the way everyone feels so content chatting to one another and the staff themselves. Food, staff and rooms 10/10 and I can’t wait for my next stay!

Fabulous hotel. In a very convenient location. We were attending a music concert at the Palladium so the decor and art work was right up our street. The staff were so nice and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. A top class hotel with none of the snobbery. We felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. Loved the quirky decor and the smell was addictive. We will be back for sure. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This hotel has so many layers of excellence it's hard to list them all. Great location, close to everything you'd want to see visiting London. Rooms are fabulously fancy, and the restaurant and staff were also very impressive. Breakfast was included for the 5 nights we were there, the full English was superb. As an added bonus, being a heavy metal enthusiast, I was delighted to find the decor and theme was very rock n roll, without being cheesy or losing it's swanky feel, including Trooper beer (by Iron Maiden) on tap in the bar. I felt right at home, and will stay here again when next in London. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. We stayed here for a weekend escape without the kids! The hotel is situated in fantastic area with most things only a stones throw away. The staff on arrival were very polite and friendly and the loft suite room we had booked was just what we were after. For us there was only 2 negatives, the first being the extortionate cost of everything in the room, £10 for a pot of Pringles, even I can’t justify that!!! The second thing was we were interrupted twice whilst in our room, the first time to deliver a bucket of ice (strange several hours after we checked in??) and the second time was a maintenance man wanting to measure something in the bathroom. Even worse, on both occasions the staff knocked once & before we had time to answer they opened the door. Luckily we had the chain on the door as the second time my wife was in the bath (which was in the middle of the room!!!) however the guy would of certainly had a good view. Not the sort of thing you expect to happen in a high end hotel. Aside from this, the hotel was lovely, a great room & great bar on the top floor. For the price and location we couldn’t have asked for more and would certainly return again.

It's luxury without the snobbery. I've been to London several times and it's my absolute favorite stay so far. The smell is infectious, the staff, Nadir especially, makes you feel right at home, the breakfast is fantastic, the location is right in the heart of everything so you can walk everywhere. I only wish the room was a bit brighter but overall it's been a fantastic stay. I will absolutely be coming back.

We only stayed here for three nights, but got some of the best service we’ve ever gotten at a hotel. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, trying to help you in any way possible. The whole hotel is gorgeous, the room was clean and spacious. It has a very funky vibe to it.The attention to detail by the housekeeping was remarkable, they organized and tidied every little thing. The lounge areas are very nice, with equally prompt service and delicious drinks with shisha. You'll definitely see me back & I will highly recommend to anyone who asks.
