Great location in the heart of London, on a quiet road just a short walk from Hyde Park Corner. The hotel is stunning, with a beautiful blend of modern and luxury design. We were warmly welcomed by Pammy and Jordan on arrival. The room was clean, well presented, and featured a modern lighting system. The granite tiled bathroom added a real touch of luxury. We also had a very pleasant night’s sleep thanks to the comfortable beds and pillows. Room service breakfast was a must try, beautifully presented and delicious. All staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

A beautiful December treat for my best friend and me. The location is completely ideal, on a quiet street but close to everything you could need or wish to see. All of the staff, and Alana particularly, were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful, they are a true credit to the hotel! :) We received a room upgrade which was such a lovely surprise! And the rooms are really beautiful and luxurious, with all the additional technology required. We also recommend trying the room service and breakfast, there are so many options and we were completely in heaven :) Really hope to stay again one day!!

COMO The Halkin was an amazing stay. The neighborhood is quite residential, but absolutely worth it — the rooms are exceptionally spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It was very accommodating for our one-year-old, which made the trip so much easier and more enjoyable for us as a family. The staff deserves a special mention: everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience. We’d happily stay again.

The Halkin is a beautiful, intimate hotel that feels both luxurious and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The location is ideal as it’s tucked away on a quiet street yet close to everything. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, blending classic style with thoughtful modern touches. The food is exceptional, and the afternoon tea was a real highlight — refined, beautifully presented, and delicious. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive without ever being overbearing, making the entire experience feel personal and relaxed. Overall, a wonderful stay at a truly special boutique hotel.

I’ve been travelling for months staying in dozens of 5 star hotels, this is the first one I couldn't find one fault with. The location is great, quiet but in a central part of town. The rooms are comfortable and generously sized. The food was excellent. The stand out for me was the staff, they were genuine, friendly, professional and went above and beyond in every way. This hotel is a must if you want a calm, comfortable and central base while staying in London. Highly recommend it.

First stay after the pandemic and the hotel closure for refurbishment. We were pleased to be upgraded to a larger room. The hotel is still a gem in London, but not quite back to where it was some years back. Some of the "vibe" you felt when entering is missing, but hopefully will return with time. Slightly dissatisfied to be told in the hotel that the room we stayed in, which had a sofa bed, was possible to book for a family with two children, only to be told by reservations that it was not an option.

We had an outstanding stay at Como the Halkin London. From the very first step inside at this one of a kind hotel, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel truly valued. The staff was super friendly and kind, and took care of our every need without feeling intrusive. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms are quite spacious and well appointed; the rooms had everything we could need, including ample toiletries, beverages (including plenty of water), and many USB charging points. The public spaces of the hotel feel like lovely extensions, full of spots to relax with a drink after a busy day. Dining here at the bar is an experience: the food is freshly made very well cooked and extremely well presented and tasty! And you cannot beat the location; an easy walk Park Lane, Hide Park, Marble Arch, Oxford street and even Piccadilly Curcus. This will be our go-to place every time we come back to London.

Delightful food and service in a 5* establishment. My son and I lunched at The Halkin for my birthday, following amazing massages at the Como Shambala Spa. Both were 5* experiences. Service was excellent; attentive without being intrusive. Food was freshly prepared, so at times there was a slight wait, but it was worth it. Drinks were amazing, with my son proclaming the ginger martini as perfection. He's a foodie and an Instagrammer and was delighted with his steak - cooked to perfection, served beautifully and with a jus to complement the flavour. To top it all off, I was offered a pre-dessert treat, which turned out to be Happy Birthday piped onto a slate dish, with an amazing ganache-cake dessert topped with fresh fruit. Absolutely delicious and big enough to share, meaning that dessert wasn't needed. Thank you all at The Halkin. We had a lovely time and we will be back!

I work here at present bringing the hotel back to life. I clean up the construction debris and keep rooms updated for the housekeeping staff to create the ambiance
