Sent subscription to an old address. Even though my new address was updated and on my account. After numourous attempts to contact them via email for a replacement product i have had no response. Customer service very poor. Quick enough to take your money. Do not suscribe either as you cant cancel it only pause for so many weeks at a time. I also some how have recieved emails from other complaints breaching that customers data

I bought some of the whipped soap as I had seen so many reviews online. I bought neon unicorn and I have to say I was slightly disappointed. Although it looked nice in the container it didn’t smell that nice. Also whilst using it in the shower it was caked and needed a lot of rubbing to lather, also chunks of it fell into the shower and washed away. I also didn’t find that much of a perfume smell afterwards, and the bit it did was not nice, so I was disappointed. I do have another flavour to try so I’m hoping it will be better although I don’t think I would buy again.

Placed an order on 25th Nov for just over £100 goods ok the black Friday sale. What a con. Due to Royal Mail strikes the order was delayed - fair enough and wasn't Sassys fault. They kept telling me to wait a little longer, each time sending a generic email and changing the date to contact them again if not received. Finally on 12th December the tracking updated to delivered. I work from home but nobody knocked or rang out well, I immediately went to the door and nothing there. I checked the tracking to find proof of delivery - a blank photo! We've lived on this street for 23 years and know all the neighbours very well, nobody had seen it. Since then, Sassy have been fobbing me off, saying I need to wait 10 days for them to put a claim in with Royal Mail. I waited 10 days and contacted again (now 22nd December - bare in mind these are gifts I cannot replace as I've STILL had no refund!!!) And surprise surprise, more excuses from Sassy and told to wait again. I am now taking legal action with the company as its a lot of money to lose and the month of stress has completely ruined Christmas as I no longer had gifts for people. They understood once I explained I was ripped off, but still upsetting and distressing. I would avoid this company completely, the use terrible couriers knowing there will be issues then don't take responsibility and sort the issues when they arise. The products aren't even that good, for the price I'd rather just go to lush tbh.

I ordered 3 pots of soap wax and only 1 was sent. I shopped with these trusting all my purchased items would be delivered just in time for Christmas. Now I am left chasing my missing items.

I love wax melts. I have used them for years but I have become despondent with what some people call great lasting scent throw. I bought Sassyon a recomendation from a friend and I am so glad I did. Such beautiful strong lasting scent that fill the house. I won't be going back .

Sassy is outstanding I cannot say anything negative about this company. Customer service and the quality of everything is just perfectly fantastic! I’ve tried other vendors but there’s isn’t anything quite like sassy’s wax and bath products. I would recommend to anyone and everyone! Sassy is more than just wax and bath products but it’s a community that you honestly feel part of a family. I am proud to be part of the sassy family and will continue to support Keely and everyone at sassy for the foreseeable future.
