   TERRIBLE AVOID!! Contacted Bharat [Baz] to quote for refitting both our downstairs and upstairs Bathroom in August 2024. He arrived as agreed, as he was leaving he said he would send the quote. Several months later [we are now in November] and various calls texts I never received the quote nothing, absolute radio silence. Disappointing, discourteous and unprofessional...if a job isn't for you just simply say. When he once picked the phone up he said the portal that he sends quotes from was down and he had sent it ect ect, so I gave him my email address, he then went back to his habit of Radio Silence. Surely if a critical component of your Business [the quoting portal] is down, you make it your priority to get it sorted -otherwise how else would you be sending quotes out. These are just lies by him, ive had no problem from the other plumber in regards to sending quotes. Absolute pathetic behaviour -why leave potential customers hanging. In the end it’s a blessing, as if you have to chase him this much, then he clearly isn’t the supposedly plumber, for the job. If I could leave Zero star I would. Avoid!!!

   We cannot recommend Baz and Box Home Services enough! He transformed our desperately outdated and somewhat dilapidated 1970s/1980s bathroom to a stylish, well-fitted and modern little haven of peace and comfort. He has a knack of calmly and kindly communicating the best options available, when you’re really not sure what it is you want or need, or generally which way to turn. He also discreetly deals with everything within your budget and remains tactful about this throughout. Baz is the consummate professional in all he does - and he respects your property and surroundings to the nth degree, protecting everything as he goes and constantly keeping things clean and tidy (as much as he can when working in a ‘bomb site’ such as our work necessitated at times). Do choose Baz for the work you need doing, he won’t let you down and he keeps it real - you can also have a good laugh with him, and this goes a long way to keeping everyone sane whilst having the upheaval of your house being upside down.

   Baz is a professional who has provided quality advice to ensure our ensuite refresh works for our needs. His experience and skills have created another dimension to our house, akin to a high-end, hotel experience. As an excellent communicator, he has kept us updated throughout the job which is reassuring. He is happy to answer any questions and queries that we had whilst he was doing the job. He also fully explained the approach and best solution for the ensuite refresh he undertook for us. His approachable friendly demeanor and punctuality has been refreshing in a world where unscrupulous tradespeople tarnish perceptions. Unlike like Baz who really cares about his customers. He easily goes the extra mile to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. In addition, he crucially takes pride in his work which is what you want from a tradesperson. The quality of his work is very high, we’ve been really impressed from start to finish. Thank you, Baz! I highly recommend him and will easily call him again for any future jobs.

   Bharat replaced our sink, replaced and boxed-in the avv in the loo, replaced the flush and loo seat and a whole lot else besides. Not only does he do a fantastic job but he is an absolutely, lovely man. He’s reliable, super tidy and clearly cares about what he does. He had a look at a couple of other potential issues we had in the house and gave us some sound advice and hopefully he’ll be coming back to remodel our bathroom too. Would highly recommend.

   We have used Box Home Services Ltd several times and cannot fault it. Recently, we had a new radiator fitted in the hallway, Baz came a few days in advance to add some cleaning solution into the heating system. As it was a weekend my children were home too and he was so polite and friendly with them too. On the day of fitting, he arrived on time, as per our agreement, he got on with the job, with no issues. He adhered to the new social distancing rules and wore a face mask at all times. He completed the job in a very professional manner and done a very neat and tidy job. At all times he was very professional, polite and friendly. A week later we then had a leak under the kitchen sink, again we called Baz...He arrived early in the morning, before he attended his job he already had booked in for that day. He came, again adhering to all social distancing rules, did the job and left. He again, was very quick, polite and professional and most importantly stop this leak for us. I'd definitely recommend Baz and his services to anyone needing a polite and professional specialist. He won't try to rip you off as he's very honest and clear and will try to provide the best cost effective solution, without compromising quality and service.

   Absolutely brilliant job from Baz from start to finish. When he came out to give a quote he offered some really useful and honest advice which helped a great deal in deciding what to have done. Various conversations before the job started to decide on fittings, different shower screen options etc - he is super fast at responding to messages via email which is a massive help if you can't answer the phone all the time. The job itself was faultless. An absolutely top-level standard of work, you won't find somebody more proud of their work. Also a genuinely nice bloke to chat to!

   We contacted Baz from Box Home Services to source and fit 3 new traditional looking radiators, he was knowledgeable in relation to options available and sourced the products to be delivered straight to us, his communication was excellent and he arrived as expected. The quality of the work was great at a sensible price , we are really pleased with the appearance and finish. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family
