   Replaced my old boiler and it was excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend the company for customer service and value for money. They beat my British Gas quote by £1400 and also provided a longer warranty!

   Had my boiler replaced by HEAT a year and a half ago and it was a great stress-free experience! The online booking system is really easy to use and they provide annual servicing reminders. I'm happy to support a local business, plus they take on young people for trades training and apprenticeships which is always a plus!

   Great company, they gave me exactly what I was looking for and didn't mess me around trying to add on extras like other companies. Very reliable, did what they quoted for. Ben turned up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Would recommend this company and they were the best price for boiler install that I found. Really pleased!

   (Answer to reply Thank for replying, Ian never said on the quote it can't be done and he send the quote which I don't know nothing about flute I assumed he did acknowledged what I WANTED. AND FOR PETE HE NEVER MENTIONED IT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION IT WAS DONE ON THE PHONE AFTER I COMPLAIN WHEN I SAW WHEN THE JOB WAS CONPLETED. AND I HAD ALREADY CONTACTED YOU OVER THE PHONE WITH APRIL AND ALSO VIA EMAIL WHICH April told Ian will be coming within a week but no ONE TURNED UP OR GOT BACK TO ME. ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS ALREADY and still waiting. WHEN I EXPLAIN TO IAN WHAT I WANTED I HAD GOOD FAITH FOR HIM TO QUOTE ME WHAT I WANTED I really didn't wanted to leave a bad review but am very disappointed with the service and aftercare ) I decided to go with them to get my radiators and boiler replaced as they had good reviews. I definitely regret it now. The 2 stars is because Pete did a great job with my radiators. But I cant say the same thing regarding my boiler and thier customer service. Ian came out to give me a quote which I explained exactly where I would like my boiler and everything else. He took measurements and gave me a quote which was not great as he forgot to put one on and I had to send him details and measurements. Then regarding my boiler as I have explained to Ian I wanted it lifted up it's been lifted along a little bit. I been told if I wanted it higher up it would have been a different flute, which Ian didn't put on the quote and the price would have been more, which I had no issue with if it was put on. I tried to get them to explain to me what had happen, been a bit rude and I got april telling me Ian will come around since 26 of October and now it's a new year and am still waiting. I paid for a service and didn't get what I wanted. Very disappointed of this company and would definitely not recommend if you want to alter your boiler. And awful customer service.

   From the moment we enquired to have a new boiler installed, the service that Heat Leicester provided has been faultless! Ben & Ian arrived to install the boiler on time with minimal disruption to get the job completed. I couldn’t recommend Heat Leicester highly enough!
