   Really disappointed with my experience with these accountants. Initially met with Dafydd who was very helpful, and decided he was a great fit to do my accounts. Every time I called to speak to him I was advised he was busy- and never returned my calls. We signed up to go VAT registered, and I was passed to Amanda to do this. Apparantly there was issues logging into my account which I was never told about. Amanda never once picked up the phone to say she had issues but sent numerous emails asking me to supply the access code very last minute- then if i was in appointments etc the code expired by the time i got back to her. If she had just picked up the phone just once this could have been done much quicker than it was. My VAT return was late being submitted by them, which occurred a penalty pay. I have been paying a monthly fee since October and quite frankly, they have done absolutely nothing for this. Moved over to another accountants now, who are actually in disbelief how much my first VAT bill was, and the fact I had a late payment even though I was paying them monthly, and they should have been on top. When looking into my xero account, they hadn't actually logged in once!!! Really disappointed that I was under the impression Dafydd was dealing with my accounts- was never told anyone else would be doing my returns.

   Lewis Ballard have done my accounts from the start. Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful and have always given very good advice. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to dentistry which is extreamly useful. I would highly recomend them as accountants to any dentists

The team at Lewis Ballard take time to explain what is necessary for me to understand and take all the stress out of the paperwork.    I've tried three different accounting firms during my short time as a business owner, and can honestly say Lewis Ballard is the best. It feels as if they're an extension of your own business and are always there to help when you need them to, especially as they are specialists in healthcare businesses. Recently they helped massively when the business expanded from one premises to four in a very short space of time, which was fantastic. Sian and Samantha in particular are excellent, and always know what they are talking about - even when I don't! Not to forget Charlotte who so often has to deal with my ramblings on payroll emails... Keep up the good work!!

   I have worked for a few organisations that have used Lewis Ballard - so with 20+ years of dealing with them under my belt, I think I have enough experience to write a little review. I have always found Neil, Janet, Sian, Sam H, Charlotte and the rest of the team very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Everything they do is digital which is great. They have made recommendations over the years that have saved money and generally there is very little to complain about. Keep up the good work guys.
