   Job given: paint the whole property Communication prior to taking the job was great, quote was good. Finished the job in the agreed time. Actual work- the corners are painted and I think one coat of paint is used. It’s very patchy, there are paint marks everywhere, could see through the paint. No painting was done on the ceiling ( Eventhough it was quoted for) . I did send a text to Alicia with my concerns and no reply. The painting job doesn’t look professional at all.

   Rob came out and repaired my leaky pipe underneath the bath as well as my annoying dripping bath tabs. He was very friendly but professional at the same time. In addition to this , for a while now each time I have ran any hot tap within the house it has made an awful loud noise that rumbles the whole house. I had no idea what was causing this so initially thought it was a problem with the boiler so I had arranged a service with the boiler company who confirmed all was okay with the boiler but failed to tell me what was causing the problems so no repair was made and the problems persisted but of course i still got that hefty invoice. While Rob was here repairing my taps and leaky bath he diagnosed the problems instantly being an air lock and repaired this for me there and then. Rob really knows his stuff and thankfully I no longer have a leaky bath, dripping taps nor do I wake the entire house up whenever I ran a tap. I wish I went to Rob first! ☺️

   Rob fitted a new sink & boiling water tap for us. Good communication with Alyssa before fitting. Rob worked away quietly & efficiently until all done. Would certainly recommend and will use again as and when needed.

   Thought I needed to replace a shower and had bought all the kit to do so, turned out I didn’t need to and Rob was honest about the work that needed doing and told me to return the shower. A lot of tradesman I have dealt with in the past would have told me differently and taken my money without being honest that the job was only actually quite small. Honest and realisable trademarks are extremely hard to find and exactly what Rob is. You find people will recommend services and keep coming back when they find people they can trust. I will be doing exactly this.
