High level sevice and premises are clean with plenty room to wait until your vehicle is ready for the road. Complimentary coffee machine, tea and cold/hit water dispensers available to customers. Ive used one of the desks available to do some work while waiting.
Toyota Nuneaton are such a great bunch of people who provide exceptional service on a high quality product. From the receptionists to technicians & sales people, nothing is too much trouble. They are polite, kind & caring of their customers. I went in for a car service & left having bought a new car!!! The lovely lady on reception kept bringing cold water to drink as it was so hot & I really appreciated it.
I had my MOT and service done and it was pretty poor given the amount you pay for an Aygo to be serviced. Sent home with a new warning light which I ended up fixing myself. The customer service from Pauline was great, cannot fault her in the slightest. Its the rest that let it down. Firstly, they had to replace a tyre which is fine, but after showing the video to someone else who is very experienced with cars he assured me the problem wouldn't have been an MOT fail. Felt a bit money grabbing. They also tried to tack on extra things to charge me, adding up to just over £600. I told them no, and in the end what they put on weren't MOT fails and one wasn't even an advisory! I didn't get my car back till the next day which was fine, but I arrived to find they had definitely not cleaned the exterior as they should have. Maybe a quick power wash with no soap, but the sides of the car were still very dirty. I also had a tyre pressure warning light on my dash, which I noticed as I was leaving the carpark. I checked my tyre pressure and they are all perfect so it's a problem they caused with the sensor. I waited for the call I was meant to get on the Friday from the service team, but never got one. I phoned again this week and was told they would call me back. They of course didn't. Same problem I had during covid causing me to never get a service on time so it went down as missed causing the value of my car to decrease. In the end, I've googled the problem and fixed it myself because I'm getting no response from them. That is beyond poor service! I can safely say I won't be going for another Toyota again, simply because this is the icing on the cake for poor service from multiple dealerships over the years. No one should send their car in for a service and MOT, costing £300 base without anything extra, to be sent home with a new problem that they have to fix themselves.
Mot test.excelant all round service very pleasant people and very helpful good coffee.
Nice people, proffesional services. I replaced a broken mirror glass and cover. They are as new now. They even washed and cleaned my car.
Had a puncture whilst out on road. Toyota were extremely accommodating, turned around the puncture repaid in under an hour with no prior warning, whilst i sat and was served coffee by the lovely lady on reception. Outstanding!
Very good service excellent communication the lady on the desk that I dealt with went beyond spectation to deal with my vehicle 10out of 10
