   Took my daughter to have her ears pierced, staff were friendly and helpful especially the gentleman that pierced her ears. He put her at ease, spoke us through everything very thoroughly and professionally. A good selection of earrings to choose from to suit people's budgets. I have already recommended to friends and wouldn't hesitate to return for future piercings. Thank you!

   Ordered a watch in-store.. transaction Carried out by manager, so no excuses..called up 4 days later on date of collection to be told the order had been cancelled! No reason,no explanation,just that I would have to waste my time to physically go to the store to get my refund...I was so annoyed ,I returned all the watches I had bought from hsamuel. Avoid this shop and buy direct from whichever brand you wanted .

   Purchased a ring in late January this year, a couple months ago we noticed that part of the ring holding in the sapphire gem has come off, went into the store to see if they could repair it under warranty and they stated that because I didn’t take out cover that it would cost £250 which is more than the ring cost itself! Avoid at all costs and support a local business instead

   Luke and Vallan at the Loughborough branch are amazing! They've provided a totally faultless service getting my engagement ring sorted and they're always so friendly and helpful when you go in store. Definitely my recommended local jewellers - just because of the staff!

   The customer service at this branch was shocking. It looked as though they were serving customers on a first come basis. I was happy to wait until my turn although all I wanted was the size of a ring which I had bought with me and was on my lunch break. The manager finished severing the customer she was with at the time to think she would then serve me next but she decided to completely ignore me and serve the customer who literally just walked in and was standing behind me. I continued to wait while she continued to ignore me and when she did finally get round to serving me and I bought it to her attention if they are serving customers on a first come basis then I was next to which she decided to get in a mood about with me as though it was my issue. Great experience that! Definitely won't be going back there and to think I use to work in a H Samuel branch myself in Manchester which was far more busier than the Loughborough branch and I wouldn't have got into a huff and puff with customers if they bought something to my attention.
