   If you're reading this you're too late to experience Mr Babbage and friends. Chris has hung up his spanners and closed the shutters for the last time. I (and my family) had been taking our cars to Chris Babbage for around 30 years. Chris worked on all makes and models but deep down he had a love for old Mercedes. If you have an old Mercedes I would have recommended you take it to Chris if you wanted anything from a small repair to a major service. Chris would have looked after you and after your first appointment you'ld have wondered why you ever went anywhere else in the first place. Trust me, I don't live in Cardiff but I was happier bringing my car to Chris than having it worked on in London. Thank you Chris for everything. We'll miss you.
