Called at 3pm on the off chance that they would be able to fit a battery for me as my car wouldn’t start. They said they would at 5:20 and would come to me to get it sorted. At 5:50 I rang asking for an ETA as they had not arrived at the agreed time to be told “I totally forgot about you I’m working on a customers car I’ll be over soon”. I then called at 6:50 as no one had turned up still to be told they would be here in 10-15 mins as I don’t live far, with an apology. I have tried calling 2 more times and no answer. Still have not turned up at 8:15 with no explanation. Wasted my time and messed me around would not recommend for organisation or service.
