Excellent!!! I had an antique pocket watch repaired not so long ago and found the owner very helpful and reasonably priced. Having recently lost the key to the pocket watch, I popped in to see if he could help. He fetched a tray of antique keys, had a rummage and sorted out two for me!. Highly recommend!!!
Absolutely horrendous service. I had a problem with my watch as it is on my wrist but the clasp is stuck so I can’t get it off. I walked into the shop and the owner was sat watching a video on his phone. I started speaking to him and he waved his hand at me to tell me to be quiet as his video finishes. Stood there for about 20 secs waiting for him. Then I explained the issue and he rudely said how can I help you if you can’t get the watch off. I politely asked for advice on how to remove the watch and he raised his voice saying how can he help if I can’t get the watch off. Extremely poor business practice and customer service. I recommend anyone who is looking for a jeweller or repair, DO NOT go here.
Left him a chain, watch and necklace to fix. Came back 4 hours later like advised and all he had done was SUPERGLUE the necklace together? And he said he “forgot” to do the rest?
My girlfriend took her watch in to this shop to get her battery replaced. The man proceeded to scratch the back of her watch, which is gold and quite expensive, and was about to take a hammer out before she stopped him and walked out. He didn’t even apologise. I later called the shop to ask about the incident and he hung up straight away. Don’t use this place if you value your possessions.

Don’t take anything expensive or sentimental here. Item damaged as I stood in front of the guy and he didn’t even apologise.
