FOLLOWING MY VISIT TO STORE YESTERDAY, SERVICE AND HELPFULL OVER THE INSURANCE CLAIM. THE INSURANCE PAID AND I PAID EXTRA FOR WATCH BOSS WITCH £399.99. FOLLOWING THE REASONS FOR CLAIM. TODAY I GONE INTO THE STORE TO SEE IF I CAN SWOOP IT. THE STORE MANAGER REFLUSED SAYING IT IN POLCY. LOOKING AT 30 DAYS REFUND POLICY THEY HAVE IN PLACE , ITS DONT EXCLUDED. VERY DISPOINTED AND WOULDNT GO TO LEAMINGTON SPA AGAIN .
I would just like to say a massive thank you to the Leamington store for their wonderful customer service. I had accidentally placed an order for collection, which should have been for home delivery. I immediately called the store to see if home delivery would be possible. The staff member who answered my call was very polite and very helpful and two days later I have received the delivery to my home - beautifully packaged! Thank you!
