Went into the jewellers to see if they were interested in buying some old bits of gold. We met with the charming Madan, who offered us a price well in excess of what we expected. We were delighted to accept the offer.
Great and quick service, fixed my bracelet twice for the same price. I was told in advance that a few gems might need to be removed, but they managed to keep them all in place. Very honest and skilled!
New batteries in 3 watches. Two not working after 6 months. Claims that battery life down to less than 50% is normal in 6 months. Find it difficult to believe that both good quality watches are at fault. Shop local never again
Stoke jewellers are superb. Fixed my Tag Heuer watch at very reasonable cost. The service was friendly, courteous and super quick.

BEWARE - I visited this shop because of the reviews on here and had quite a different experience ???? This bloke is a CROOK not a jeweller, he destroyed my charm bracelet (I left with him for alterations) swapped stones over, left glue all over the gold and broke the new lock I asked him to fit. Charged 3 times the going rate and refused to return the old lock (2.3g) I'm taking legal advice on this matter as I have all the photo's before and after. THIS IS PROBABLY THE ONLY HONEST REVIEW ON STOKE JEWELLERS.
Top guys fix my watch everyone said was broken and hand made a ring for my wife.
Every time I visited this shop, there is excellent service. I always asked to see 'M' ( Father of 'V' ). He is very clever at making wat Iv asked for, alterations, plus catering for my needs, if he has not got something, he has gone out of his way to get it and help me... So very kind, and helpful... I've always recommended this shop too!
I had a ring repaired by a very nice man. The ring came back and it looked like new. I would highly recommend this shop.
