My Fiancée and I went in and asked for a repair on a diamond ring. The lady who served us was very pleasant and efficient. The ring was fixed there and then for us. A genuinely great experience with a professional service. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
Hills have repaired jewellery for me and it’s so great they can do so on site. I popped in today to have my wedding ring resized and assumed I’d need to leave it with them for a week, but they did it there and then. They’re so friendly, helpful & knowledgeable - - feel so lucky to have a “proper” jewellers nearby.

My wife and I were both widowed. We went to Hills to get them to melt down our old wedding rings and to remake them into two new ones. They have done a fantastic job (but had to add a little extra fresh gold) and we now have two new rings identical to the old ones, but containing the gold of both of the old ones. We are totally chuffed with the result. A fantastic service, and a very reasonable price.
Wow, what a service! I needed an old ring repaired before the weekend. I took it to Michael and he had almost fixed it whilst looking at it! After 5 mins in his workshop and then a polish and the ring was like new! He wouldn't even take money for his time and effort. I nearly cried with gratitude for having the precious family heirloom restored to how I recall seeing it on my great grandmother's finger. What a wonderful man and a wonderful jeweller!
