    Autoglass Cardiff, in Taffs Well, is a well setup to repair and replace auto glass, as the name suggests. The team are helpful, friendly and professional. The waiting room at Taffs Well was comfortable and the free coffee was a welcome surprise. I'm happy with the work done on my car and the overall service received.

    I’ve never experienced such a shambles of a company. I tried to book online for three days, but their shitty payment system kept failing. Eventually, I had no choice but to call — and somehow, things only got worse. The first staff member told me the screen was in stock, took my payment over the phone — and then immediately hung up on me. No confirmation. No reference. No booking details. Just took the money and disconnected. I had to call back again. The second person told me there was no booking in the system, and the windscreen wasn’t even in stock. They showed zero care, said someone would call me back — and of course, no one ever did. After I formally complained to AutoGlass, instead of fixing the issue, they scheduled a completely random booking without my consent, for a date I never agreed to, at a location 6 miles away. This is outrageous, especially considering my original booking request was for a technician to come to my home — which they knew. I’ve now sent three emails with no response. No resolution. No accountability. The staff are either untrained or dishonest. One even gave me a fake or incorrect email address for follow-up. I’ve been left chasing this while sick with COVID, with no service and no refund. AutoGlass took my money, lied about availability, provided no service, ignored my complaint, and made an unauthorised booking that completely disregarded everything I requested. Their customer service is a disgrace. Avoid this company at all costs. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to the customers they take money from.

    Had a replacement screen for Fiat Fullback 2017 fitted. This screen was the usual aftermarket windscreen from China which did not calibrate to enable automatic lights, wipers and label detection warning. This screen hid my vin number from view too. I was promised a phone call within 48 hours to rebook for another windscreen, this never materialised and my calls to customer service were the usual " we will call you back ". On contacting my insurance company, they managed to get me booked for another windscreen, which I was told would be from the "manufacturer". Another two and a half hours and again they could not calibrate the windscreen. But of course, it wasn't the cheap after market Chinese windscreen, it was Mitsubishi's fault for making a ' crap 4x4 " which my Fullback is a L200 with a Fiat badge. So now we have the third visit and this time they tell me they have the "manufacturers windscreen ". I arrive and told the windscreen is here and all should be well. Over two hours later I get a call to tell me that the manufacturer has sent the wrong windscreen, I'm not sure how it took them over two hours to work this out !. So again. I'm left with a cheap after market Chinese windscreen which cannot calibrate. I've wasted 8 hours for three appointments and still no further forward as they now have informed me my windscreen is on back order and unsure when they will receive it. On each occasion including the third appointment they have driven my truck to try and calibrate my windscreen. Not sure why they did this on the third appointment as the windscreen had not been replaced. The attitude of this branch of Autoglass is exceptionally poor, I'm sure they have some satisfied customers but not me. A typical franchised company with no idea how to put things right when they have an issue out of the normal realms of fitting a windscreen. How difficult can it t be ?

Went above and beyond with providing additional advice and explained key features (solar windscreen) of my car that I didn’t even know I had!     On day of appointment all done as required. Although technician told me he will call me when work is done which he never called. Thats no problem i went for hiking to sea lovely view of city (do take water with you) and when i came back after two and half hour, work was done and my car was ready to drive!

    I originally had my car booked in for a windscreen replacement with this company. Luckily I cancelled. They wanted me to drive my car from Swansea to Cardiff with a cracked windscreen which is completely illegal. I have had my windscreen done with another company and when I had told them they couldn't believe it as they could see it was not safe or legal to do so.
