   Encountered a worrying noise coming from our car whilst travelling on the M4 for a weekend away, managed to find CM Auto Services and spoke to the receptionist, who was more than happy to help us. It was late Friday afternoon and the mechanic quickly inspected the car and found the source of the noise, giving us peace of mind to continue our journey. Thank you to the team for inspecting our vehicle at such short notice. If we were from nearby we would definitely use this garage in the future! Thanks again

   Having used CM twice within the past 6 months I will not be using them again My first visit was for an MOT where they got my car in on the same day after another garage double booked my appointment. On collection I was informed I needed 2 new front tires as they were almost on the legal limit however when another garage did my routine service a week later they said I had over 2.5mm of tread on the front tires. In addition to this, they had inflated all 4 tires to between 42 and 45 psi on a car with a recommendation of 32-34 psi. I assumed this was a mistake and went back a few months later for 2 new front tires and let them know about the over pressurised tires last time. After collecting the car I went to a supermarket to check the pressures to find they said 45-47 in all tires; this was then confirmed by another local garage. So yet again dangerously over pressurised tires.
