Delighted with a repair that The Goldmarket completed on a gold solitaire for me. I was dangerously close to losing the diamond but it’s absolutely safe now and looks as good as new. Check your own claws to make sure your jewels are safe in situ! If there are any sharp bits or any areas where fibres get caught, take your item to The Goldmarket and they will fix it! Really pleased, would recommend!
Took in my partners chain as the clamp bit broke. Originally went in just to get a rough price on how much it’ll be to fix and ended up getting them to fix it. They have amazing customer service and everyone is so friendly. Very easy booking in and collecting the chain as well which is always nice! also a very good price, not too expensive. The chain came back looking brand new so, definitely recommend others to go there!
I just had my engagement ring repaired at The Goldmarket in Weston. The staff were very friendly and helpful offering the best advice because the ring was old and very worn and had lost a sapphire. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased to have my ring back again. I would certainly recommend them to anybody.
Andy was absolutely brilliant! He was able to provide genuine advice on which was the best engagement ring to buy. The ring was then sized to fit me by Lucas who provided an excellent service. You wouldn't know that the ring had been resized, the quality of Lucas work is beyond me! The service we received from Andy and Lucas was outstanding. Me and my partner couldn't be happier!

We have just bought our wedding rings from Andy at the Goldmarket and we couldn't be happier! Having got an amazing engagement ring from there last year, we didn't want to go anywhere else. My wedding ring needed to be cut to fit my engagement ring and it looks incredible. The time Andy took to explain everything and the communication throughout the process was fab. I was lucky enough to be treated to a special present of an eternity ring for my 50th birthday from my husband. The staff were incredibly helpful. They guided us through the process and worked within the budget we had. They also spotted a break in my engagement ring, which would have resulted in me losing my diamond. They repaired this flawlessly while resizing my new ring and had everything ready in time for the big day. I would highly recommend this jeweller and I'm sure we will be back, with either repairs or purchases. Outstanding on both counts.

Always a good experience, staff are friendly personable and can't do enough to get your big moments right. They helped me with my engagement ring for my wife, anniversary present (diamond studs), and my wife and my wedding band. The band I wanted was no longer available for order, so they had one hand made, which I much prefer. They did a fantastic job. They gave me a much better offer and better-looking ring than the lab created diamond i originally considered online. My wife was over the moon. I'd definitely recommend! Second to none!!!
