Went into weston - super - mare branch after an online Christmas present delivery had a broken product Lara helped massively she exchanged the product without complications which kept me and my partner happy and returning customers
popped in for a gift (monday 6th). the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and had great chat. served by two blonde girls. they helped me find what i was looking for. the store was clean and neat, with all items beautifully presented.

What a lovely experience today! Went in for my usual charm as I collect charms from every place I visit! Both ladies at the shop were so lovely! Friendly and chatty but not pushy! Super helpful! They showed me the ocean collection they had and even pulled several charms from the same design so I can pick the one I like best. Ended up also getting a pair of earrings which I have not taken off since and are by far the most comfortable, gorgeous earrings I have ever had! They also told us of the reward program so we signed up and got 10% discount there and then! I wish I got a matching necklace as well but didn't think about it at the time. Might go back tomorrow for that haha. I highly recommend the shop and will definitely go back next time we're in Weston!
Fantastic experience today. Had a click and collect order but accidentally chose the wrong shape which was my fault! Lady with long dark hair and glasses was so lovely and quickly changed this for me! So kind, thank you

Great customer service from Lizzie 2848. My girlfriend is allergic to nickle so have to be careful what she wears. Other Pandora stores have always said they either don't know if there is nickle in the silver or there is so have always bought rose gold. Today Lizzie informed us she was also a nickle allergy sufferer and explained fully what metals are used in Pandora jewelery which we were not aware of. She also mentioned that my snake bracelet could be returned due to the colour fade as this should not happen. Would like to publically thank Lizzie at the Weston-super-Mare branch for being so well informed and knowledgeable and all the help and guidance she gave us. Thanks again Lizzie.
