The Member of Staff today (02/05/2025) was very polite and gave good advise on replacing the watch battery and a new strap. I came back after 10 minutes and it was all done.
Went in for a look,bought Earrings, then went back the next day and ordered the Necklace to Match, will be posted to me as I was on Holiday lovely shop, extremely helpful and knowledgeable ,lovely shopping experience. Went in just got a look around and bought a new trollbeads bracelet. So much selection and the owner is very knowledgable on all the charms and beads. My husband finally found a replacement elephant lock that he’s been searching for and had given up hope. Definitely recommend this shop.

This is such a lovely shop. Nothing is too much trouble and there is no hard sell at all. Customer service is excellent and the staff are so very helpful. Can not recommend enough. You do not feel that you have to buy if you just go inand ask for some advice or to browse.
