   What an amazing service and experience i had recently. After a couple of years searching for a ring I wanted, we had a chat with the jewellers and they offered to make me one. I showed them what I wanted, they sourced the stone, used my old gold and made exactly what I wanted. They also kept in touch with me, updating me on the progress. They were all great, but a special shout out has to go to 'Dan'.... I would absolutely recommend them!

   Took my unworn expensive watch in for a battery as i wished to wear it on holiday. The boy who served me put the watch in a vice as he said he could not get the back on. Of course the beautiful domed glass front smashed. It was sent to a watchmaker for repair and not returned on time. At least there was no charge for the new not fancy hands and glass. Deplorable cheap and nasty place. Avoid!

   First visit to this business after noticing the sign for resizing jewellery while you wait. Had my engagement ring resized and polished within 15 minutes. Could not believe the difference in shine when it was returned and the ring fitted perfectly. Will be back to get the rest of my jewellery polished

   Visited to get a very precious ring resized so I was a little anxious. Turns out I had no reason to be! I was greeted by two friendly faces who quickly served me and resized the ring within 20 minutes. They also polished it at the time. Very reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be returning for any of my future jewellery needs!

   I had my Longines watch battery replaced. I have used this shop several times for watch battery replacement and strap changes. Always good, quick and friendly. I specifically go there from Penarth as I have some trust in their work. I generally only go to the effort to post a review when my experience is positive.

   I was really pleased with the service I received from the two gentlemen working on the day I called in. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention super efficient. I attended due to my three rings no longer fitting. They checked my size, stretched and polished my ring in no time at all. Still all look perfect and I can comfortably wear them again. I couldn't be happier with the service. I also spotted a beautiful unique ring on the shelf that I treated myself to. If you need anything adjusting, don't hesitate to call in, you'll be in safe hands. The cost was very reasonable too. Thank you.
