“Just wanted to say a huge thank you to April for providing such excellent service when we popped in this week, I was with my mum and she was looking for a necklace for my neices 13th birthday but on a tight budget, April was extremely patient with my mum wanting to look closely at multiple necklaces, and even got another member of staff to try on the necklace to help demonstrate how it would look on, and give idea of the length. The one my mum loved was just over budget, but April helped to agree an affordable price and my mum was over the moon! Thank you so much to the whole team for being so pleasant but especially April for making this purchase so lovely, she's an asset to the company, and we will definitely return to this shop in future as it really makes the customer experience one to remember when you are served in this manner. Item was also polished and packaged in a beautiful presentation box.”
