Rude ...unhelpful...patronising...after receving a ring as a gift 4 weeks ago...stone fell out...after wearing it twice ...when visiting the shop...owner implied it was my fault that the stone had come out while out for lunch...terrible after sales service.

One of my favourite shops...the staff are welcoming and friendly, they offer advice and guidance on what to buy but don't pressure you into buying if you don't want to.
