   The level of incompetence I’ve met with their “designer” is unbelievable. The lady who took my project after previous designer didn’t even know how to use a tools in her computer to put all necessary changes while I was visiting to discuss all the details. Very unfortunate because they wasted two and half months of my time.

   Word of mouth recommendation took us to Appletree in Ponytclun. We were wanting a new kitchen but also wondering if it would be possible to have a skylight fitted to replace the ceiling. Chris was able to coordinate the whole project which that plus his knowledge of kitchens was the reason we chose Appletree. We were needing more than just a new kitchen to be fitted, we had a stud wall taken down, all re-plastered, re-wired and painted too. The tradespeople we met during the many weeks of build and install were all superb. Talented, tidy, considerate, reliable and good company to have around - not essential but it makes a big difference! From the initial discussions and throughout Chris was full of superb advice and always available or would return calls if we had any queries. The job started on the date he confirmed it would and whilst it went on a bit longer than first thought (mainly because of the skylight as it did not stop raining for a whole fortnight and there wasn't much that could be done re the kitchen until the roof had been done), we were always kept informed. Its only right to point out there were a couple of doors slightly damaged upon delivery but the builder would ring Chris and new ones ordered without hesitation. And when i said that i felt we needed some glass doors in the cabinets and he said the range we'd selected didn't do those BUT he knew a glazier and would get that done for us, we were chuffed and knew we were dealing with a company that goes that extra mile. Grateful to everyone who was involved, we are beyond thrilled with our new kitchen and skylight.

   My previous review has been deleted . I would not recommend this company due to very it poor customer service. Kitchen arrived lots of bits missing so fitters could not continue. Rang and spoke to Mike who has very rude, screaming, shouting over me and then hung up ! He said he was the employee not employer, not his problem as he didn’t design it . Would not let me speak to the owner to complain about him and said she didn’t want to speak to me to deal with a “ mundane issue “ I cannot believe it after spending this much money with the company . 1/2/23 I note their reply - the kitchen is STILL not finished from November . The missing parts have finally arrived but still not contact from them. Furthermore, I was not going to mention this but the fitters told the rep they were going to “ smash his face in “ ( as there’s always bits missing and they don’t get paid until the end of the job “ and the reply was “ they were tooled up ready “ all made known to us - the customer !! Absolutely would not recommend ! Shame really.

   My husband and I recently purchased an Appletree Kitchen after a prolonged period of deliberations and visits to our home from a number of respected kitchen companies. Without doubt it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. From the moment we entered the quite excellent showroom we knew this was the company for us. Designer Michael visited us at our home and unlike previous companies listened intently to what our needs were. His ‘can do’ attitude in nearly every instance was music to our ears. Michael’s final design blew us away and we signed on the dotted line. Although our fitting date was 6 months down the line we were allotted a team of fitters, father and son, Mark and Gavin. Never before have we had the pleasure of dealing with such a wonderful, hardworking, talented team of craftsmen. Nothing was too much trouble. The term “going the extra mile” really doesn’t do them justice! Five weeks later and we have a quite superb Artisan, in-frame kitchen. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result and are constantly showered with compliments from family and friends. If you’re considering a new fitted kitchen look Appletree up. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

   After speaking to the company owner, sending plans of my kitchen via email, no response after two weeks.Was prepared to visit to discuss but he never responded to my suggestion. N.F.I!!! Seems to not want to design a kitchen for me. Luckily found a local company and they fulfilled my expectations after wasting my time with Appletree.

   I recently purchased an Appletree Kitchen and have deliberately waited a good few weeks so we could use our new kitchen before posting a review. Appletree have an excellent showroom and Michael who visited our home paid great attention to our needs as a family before presenting us a well thought out design that has exceeded our expectations. We were kept well informed throughout the installation process and were well looked after by Andy the fitter who could not be more accommodating in clarifying final options as they arose. The space has been transformed and we are thrilled to have an exquisite bespoke style kitchen that is not only functional, but also truly beautiful. The overall craftsmanship and quality of cabinets has been completed to a very high standard and the overall project cost including branded appliances were competitively priced against larger high street operators.

From our first visit to their friendly showroom, where our designer Michael, was able to help us create the look we wanted and give us good advice, even on what building work would be required, to the fitting team recommended by Appletree, we were delighted.    Thank you to all the team at Appletree, my Kitchen is absolutely outstanding, from my first appointment with the designer to the completion of installing the kitchen . I was informed regularly of each stage of the progress from the building works to finish. All the team including Designers , the builders, electricians, plumbers and fitters were all very professional, the personal continuing contact from the Director through the full process was superb. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of going for that new kitchen. Thank you all, I am very proud of my kitchen.
