   We were so excited to have our new composite door fitted by Leekes Once the installation was complete we were initially very happy with the door however not long after we realised that whilst being fitted the installer had smashed 2 large holes into the wall of our downstairs wc Leekes did send someone to fill the holes 2 days later however the wall now needs sanding and painting which we have to sort at our own expense, despite having the room decorated just a few weeks prior We have contacted Leekes by phone and email for compensation and have been told the manager will get back to us but still nothing! Very very disappointed in the customer service and will NOT be recommending Leekes

   Spoke with Gordon"carpet department" on Saturday,said fitter would contact me on or before Tuesday if not ring back.rang back Gordon said will be before Friday fitter will phone.its Tuesday night No fitter call.Poor service Poor customer care"Love the store" let down! went to Just Carpets in Merthyr Tydfil Fantastic Service.

   Purchased a Casa Willow 3 seater and 2 seater sofa from Leekes just over 12 months ago. Within 6 months the bottom cushions have lost all support and it basically feels like you’re sat on the frame. I dread to think what they’ll be like in a couple of years. You would not expect this to happen to a sofa so soon if at all. Raised a complaint and they sent out a technician to inspect and even he said they are rather soft but didn’t think the manufacturer (Ashwood Designs) made a firmer cushion so they probably couldn’t do anything. The 3 seater frame has also developed a bow so you can no longer get the vacuum under the front. I would never purchase a sofa from Leekes again as they clearly aren’t built to last. We thought we were in safe hands especially given the price. We’ll be sticking to DFS in the future. ***Update*** Although the ‘owner’ reaches out regularly to these reviews just like it did with this one, we got back in touch with Leekes as the ‘owner’ suggested to see how they can help us we received no response. Completely ignored. So don’t be fooled into thinking they have a good aftercare service, they just make it seem like they do to the public.

   Praise to Nathan for super-patient and good humoured sales support when I bought a bed and mattress. He was the only sales assistant in the department at the time and while I dithered and pondered what to buy, he dealt with other customers who had unique requirements too. He managed to give every customer focused attention. Thank you!

   To be fair, I'd say that the team at the Building Centre today really went above and beyond for me. I really needed a bulk bag of all in, along with several other heavy items today in order to complete a job I had a deadline on to finish today and had been let down by another company. The driver (I can't remember his name but he was an absolute gent) added more work to his day (which he really didn't have to do) by ensuring that he fitted in my last second delivery request this morning so I could complete the job I had on in time. He really didn't have to do that, but I was immensely grateful that he did. The lady who sorted my order at the counter was brilliant too! Thank you guys, you saved me a "bulk bag" of hassle today!

   Went to the store early January to browse furniture in preparation for buying our first help. Staff member Alex was really helpful, he greeted us and answered any question we had (and there was a lot of them). We went back about 6 weeks later and Alex was there, and he remembered us! He helped us order our furniture in the size and colours we wanted and was really knowledgeable about the products and care of them. Really good experience, really friendly staff, would definitely recommend the staff and store. Thanks Alex!

   The staff here are super friendly & so helpful! We were looking for a particular size of suitcase that wasn’t on show, the kind lady went & basically got 2 from the delivery lorry for us! I think they sold a few more of the same when we were there - excellent sale on luggage! It’s well worth a trip out of Cardiff to come here. Really good quality products. Wish we had time to visit the cafe as it looks lovely - next time!!

   We were served by a lovely lady called Kelly. My friend is a vegan and explained all the options available. Very helpful and would come again just because of the helpfulness of the staff. Food good but a bit pricey in our opinion. Overall 5 stars

   I purchased a dining table and chairs as a result of excellent friendly service. I was offered great advice from Karen ( who was celebrating 15 years of working at Leekes Llantrisant!). I was also amazed at the fantastically organised display in the Christmas department. Real quality produce at reasonable prices. The lady there was cheery and made me feel very welcome. What a great morning out I had in the store. I will definitely visit again soon and probably stay for lunch!!

After looking at many kitchen suppliers, we found John and Martin very helpful and knowledgeable in getting us a design we were happy with. Also found the pricing to be very competitive.
