I was really worried about bringing in my mother's old and broken jewellery, especially as I didn't know if it was really gold or silver, but I needn't have been.    I recently went to Gold Reserves in Cardiff and was greeted by Anna, who was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I had some rings to sell, and Anna checked the jewellery, explained what each one was worth and offered me a very good price which I accepted. I would definitely recommend Anna and Gold Reserves.

   I was warmly welcomed by Zoe on Friday, who examined by bits of odd jewellery, together with a bracelet and necklace that i no longer wear.    Came here for the first time on Wednesday and got seen by Lisa. Took 2 items of jewellery to be valued and only thought we’d get a small amount of money for them but were absolutely gobsmacked with the valuation that we were given. Lisa was so professional and looked after us through the whole time we were there, she was so knowledgeable about the jewellery we brought in. Would definitely recommend Lisa and Gold Reserves in the future and we know where to come when we need to get rid of old jewellery we don’t need.
