    So unprofessional and lack of customer service I bought a ring that was faulty the plating was all worn off I took it back within days and proof of purchase but was told no returns can be done but as its faulty they can ask the manager. Manager didn’t call I chased it up multiple times and finally she called and asked a million questions and asked for pictures which I sent and she never got back to me. Shame because I liked the crystal rings but very rude careless manager

    My girlfriend ordered a pair of trousers, they never turned up! We called and emailed multiple times, they always said they were coming but never sent proof of postage, and lo and behold, they did not in fact come. 2 months later and no trousers, no refund. Her legs are freezing. Boo hiss.

    Very nice people, I bought 3 tie-dye tops, and they were very patient and held on to the first while I picked the other 2. Very good quality, vibrant clothes, I went 3 days ago, and have already worn 2 of my tops, I love them. I would have bought more if I wasn't saving up.

The lady on the till, pretty sure it was Allie, was so sweet and informative and helped me find a ring size that fits and even went out of her way to reshape my rings. She was very knowledgeable and kind and managed to find me two outfits that suited me. I also had a lovely chat with Sophie at the tills as I left.     Wandering through a lovely victorian arcade in the heart of Cardiff and stumbling upon this wonderful shop was the highlight of my day! Floor to ceiling is adorned with Nepalese and Indian handicrafts, tapestries, jewelry, gemstones and so much more! Scents of India and ambient music fill the air and transport me back to my travels years ago. Friendly and welcoming staff greet you with a smile! I will certainly be heading back there on my next visit to Cardiff!
