   Purchased watch and battery went flat withion 3 months. Travelled back to shop and advised 3 weeks for replacement of battery. Got home and checked receipt and it said 6 week fix time. Eventually arrived back in 4 weeks which I had to collect rfom store, even though I arranged for it to be delivered to me due to distance from stone. Customer service is horrendous.

   We had a lovely experience today purchasing my partner’s wedding ring. Thank you so much Julie and Louise for your excellent customer service! We had been to several jewellery shops which were unsuccessful, however Julie and Louise made us feel comfortable and made it feel like a special occasion. We did not feel rushed into making a purchase and were offered good advice. We will be returning for my wedding ring and will recommend to our friends and family.

   I had absolutely Amazing customer service from this store. Becky (just back to work from Mat leave, Early Dec 2022) was so helpful! I sadly lost my mum a few years ago and sadly lost a Ring of which she bought from Ernest Jones a few years ago. I saw the ring in store and didn't care about the cost and wanted to purchase the White Gold Green Quarts and Diamond ring. Beaky checked my ring size and unfortunately wasn't in my size in the company. Becky went through a few options and went above and beyond and spoke to your company's ring makers and had the ring custom made for myself along with a little discount as was just so happy to be able to replace the ring I sadly lost. Also this came back just before Christmas so was very special to wear on Christmas day. Thank you to Becky and other members of the team of who I spoke with via the phone. You've a great team in the store in Bridgen Mcarthur Glen and should be lucky to have them work for your company. As a store manager myself you notice good customer service experience straight away and this store has it 100% Thank you again...And will not loose this ring!

   Went in to look at watches, staff were incredibly snobby and rude, could clearly see they were looking down their noses at me whilst just browsing, awful service, should never judge a book by its cover. Both members of staff just sat on a table at the back of the store and completely ignored any customers in the store. In top of this on the walk back to the car the store was clossed about half hour early! Thought the shopping center shuts at 8. foul service would never go there again would rate 0 stars if possible. Tldr staff were rude and clearly didn't want to be there

   My mother and I went in tonight (8th February) at 16.50 ish. We were not greeted and not spoken to in the store as both colleagues were chatting to a man the entire time we were there. Just because we look like we don’t have money doesn’t mean that we should be ignored the entire 8 minutes or more we were in there. The gentleman wasn’t even talking about a purchase either. They would have had a guaranteed sale but now I will never return as the staff could not even be bothered for a simple hello or welcome. Another group that went in afterwards got served almost straight away and they looked like they have money due to being in designer clothes. Why were we ignored for no reason.

   Excellent customer service, staff tried very hard to make sure I chose the quality jewelry I was looking for. Calm welcoming environment, knowledgeable staff. They did not hurry me and were pleasant and good humoured.
