   I discovered Premier Dog Walkers following an incident in January 2023 when a different dog walking company I had been using left my beloved border terrier Iris behind on a walk and she was thankfully found by someone else. I knew I needed to find a new dog walking service and I was worried about trusting anyone with Iris given what had happened. In addition, Iris was very anxious after this event and I needed someone with expertise who could help manage her behaviour and manage her reactivity. Warren took a great deal of time and care with me to get Iris used to someone new and his staff who have walked her have all been wonderful. I feel especially lucky that we have had such consistency with them - we have used Premier Dog Walkers for almost 3 years now and in that time have (outside of holiday cover when Warren has stepped in) have had two key walkers. Latterly her walker has been Nick who has been amazing with her; I also felt very lucky that he looked after Iris when we were on holiday in the summer. She was recovering from a minor surgical procedure and on medication and he thoughtfully sent me updates coupled with photographs and videos which was so reassuring for me to get whilst we were away. Perhaps the highest praise is from Iris herself - on the rare occasions when I am at home and happen to see Nick when he collects her she bounds towards him with such enthusiasm, tail wagging, delighted that he is there and that is wonderful to see. I am delighted that she spends time with Nick every week and I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Dog Walkers.

   I've had a great experience as a new client with Premier Dog Walkers. I needed to set up daycare for my small dog a few weeks ago when moving to the West Hampstead area, and Warren has been great. I've appreciated his communication, flexibility, and efforts to make sure my dog is comfortable. Warren sends frequent video and picture updates.

   We have a lovely, sweet pup who is sadly reactive caused by anxiety. Due to this, she requires a lot of patience and understanding. We contacted premier dog walking and Warren mentioned that Rob would be a great fit for us. We started booking daycare with Rob and he has been nothing but attentive and patient with our little girl. I cannot recommend him enough! He always keeps us up to date and his calm energy is great for anxious dogs. He is very knowledgeable about dogs, so much so that we have walked away with tips and tricks! We’ve only used Rob’s services for a few weeks but have already seen such a difference in confidence with our pup.

   Warren and his team are fantastic. Booking is quick and easy. Warren was the first to take care of my puppy when he was too shy to play with other dogs and since then my puppy has grown more confident and brave each day and can now walk with the pack and he loves it! He is always very excited when one of the team come to pick him up and he has a big nap when he gets home, so it's good to see he's enjoyed himself at the park socializing with the other dogs and is all tired out. We are both very happy with the service.

   Premier Dog Walkers was quick to take our dog Penny as a new pack mate for daily walks within days of us reaching out after our move to London. She has also boarded with Premier Dog Walkers and when we arrived home from our trip, she was calm and didn't give us any grief for having been away! Mark, her walker, is flexible with scheduling and we can tell that Penny has a great time with him, given her relaxed, satisfied demeanour when we see her in the evening. I would definitely recommend Premier.
