   5 Stars go to MySpa! 5 Stars go to MySpa for the supply and installation of our new 2024 Sundance 680 Series Edison Hot Tub. Not only did they install the new hot tub, but they took away the previous Sundance 680 Peyton which we had from MySpa over 6 years ago (we fancied a change). The MySpa experience, from buying our first tub, to the ongoing support, service and installation of the new one has been second to none. I've recommended MySpa many times and I do so to you good folks reading this. Buy from MySpa with absolute confidence. A hot tub is a big investment, so whatever you do, don't simply buy on price.    Well, not sure what else to say other than fantastic and outstanding. What a plaessure to meet Wayne and Andy. No pressure in buying or just having a look around. We didn't go to myspa to get one or to look, we just happened to come across myspa shopping for plants. But from the moment of us just wanted to look to making the decision to get one and having it installed, Top work and always ready to answer any questions ( I had many ). Wayne and Andy made us feel safe in buying such a large investment, to us. My biggest worry was running costs, we dont even notice it with the heatpump. You can't find a better deal in my eyes. We have had the spa for coming to 8 weeks. We can't wait to finish work to just spend an hour in the spa. We have film nights outside in the spa and just chill in the evening. Thank you myspa, Thumps up to Wayne and Andy.

   MySpa deliver the service and support… MySpa deliver the service and support required when purchasing a tub. This is my second spa both Sundance, the first spa brought some 10 plus years ago- the experience and relaxation in the Sundance brand is the best, it's not all about power and jet quantities!. The MySpa has a great variety of tubs allowing good discussions for best suited spa selection. Following order placement great communication and superb installation by the MySpa team ensured that all was just right. I always recommend Andy his experience and customer support focus is first class has spread through out his growing team, thank you

   MySpa UK have been an outstanding company to deal with, being new to ever owning a hot tub, the honest advise was exactly what I needed. Updates of tub arrival were brilliant and the installation faultless.. with a tricky install due to access the team at no point gave up and worked into the late evening ensuring everything was completed and ready for me and the family to enjoy a few days later.    At last a business that values customer service! A great experience purchasing a tub from all the team involved especially Andy, Laura and John. It’s fair to say we needed a lot of honest advice about selecting and owning a tub, and we got just that. The installation was painless and the after service care is just as good as we still bombard the team with questions about caring for the tub etc. Can’t fault them, really glad we chose My Spa UK.    Excelled in every way possible. Thanks guys!! I visited many Hot tub companies and there was always something that kept on bringing me back to Myspa...The atmosphere was so relaxed and they only gave advice between the differences in the hot tubs, they never once said that i should get one hot tub over another and they did not "recommend" a hot tub. The only thing the offered was unbiased advice Andy and the whole team are passionate and really know their stuff. They are always on hand to give you proper honest advice. At the showroom they took time out and spoke to you more as a friend instead of a sales person which was a nice touch, they all gave you undivided attention. The whole process from the initial visit, the wet tests (highly recommended as the one i was really interested in, once inside it...hated it with a passion!!), the purchase and finally to the install was pleasant & effortless. Andy and his team are a real credit to the "Myspa" name / brand and the industry After sales which some companies lack...again, Myspa do not disappoint here either. Questions and problems were answered promptly Customer service these days are really hard to come by but myspa has it blasting out of every jet in every hot tub!!! I have no problems recommending myspa to anyone who is looking for a hot tub / swim spa or just friendly advice
