Lovely location Went for a woodland walk and granddaughter enjoyed the playground The first car park, you come to get really busy, but there’s tons of parking further on £3.20 for two hours, Parking

Love it here! Completely free to walk around you just pay for parking. The Park is gorgeous with a few trails to walk around in, and 3 other woods contained inside. I can spend hours here. Play areas for kids and a cafe next to the car park

You need to book to do pound dipping and pay £5.50 to let the kids look for bugs in a 40cm deep pond. Not wort the visit anymore . Not to mention you pay parking too. . Was one of my favourite country park but not anymore . Nothing free in England for children anymore. And we wonder why kids stay all day inside and play video games

Superb location for day outs, picnics, walks, dog walks, nature lovers, kids, and families. Miniature train ride is highlight for kids and even for adults. Bikes and tri cycles can be rented to enjoy various trails. A must visit . Good pay and display car park is available. Reasonable prices.

this park has everything based on our family needs :D it's close to our house and has a big car park area. The playground is very nice, our tot loves playing in it since it uses a pirates theme. Our son would always try his best to open the treasure chest in the playground so we got to tell him to find the key. By that trick, he is willing to walk around the park with us. There's also a pond that would seem fun to visit during summer because the kids can even do science activity on the spot. And if you're hungry, there's a cafe serving nice coffee, meals and even ice cream!

Was a lovely walk, easy to get lost but the trials can be retraced and a new path can be taken! So was more fun then a bother! Would 100% recommend for dog walkers but there will a lot of open water routs that can be harmful to dogs so don’t let them swim or drink it!

The miniature railway which is open on Sundays and bank holidays is a must do for kids. £1 a ride (cash only) and great people running it makes it a fun thing to do. The rest of the park is lovely, there is loads of parking, bikes for hire, playgrounds and a cafe. You do have to pay for parking but you can pay by card. It's a great day out

Really lovely walk with my almost two year old. She loved the play park and loved walking freely. We took some seeds and fed the ducks which she was excited about. I highly recommend this place.
