   We visited for the first time today with my boy, and it was a bit stressful for us. He’s a rescue dog, so I was hoping to stay with him for reassurance, but I felt that might not have been very welcome. Even so, they did a great job. The groom turned out lovely, and I was really happy with the result. I just wish I could have stayed with him during the process.

   Great friendly service. My dog visited for the first time today and, although he is usually very nervous of new places, he was completely at ease there. A great cut for my cocker poo on a very hot day. Will definitely be going back!

   Petal came in for her first ever puppy groom today. She came out looking beautiful and was obviously very well cared for, as she didn’t immediately bounce all over us like she normally would! She was also sent away with a very thoughtful little gift bag for being a good girl (new toy and brush) and this was a lovely little touch. Feel very glad we chose Perfect Pooch as our groomers and looking forward to her next puppy groom, and then the real things!

   I used to take my Bichon to another groomers and they would just shave her all down (because it was easier and less time consuming) she is 9 years old and I was sceptical in taking her somewhere new. I’m so glad I did! They do a fantastic job EVERY TIME. She comes out even better than I expected with fluffy head, tail and feet, smelling cleaner than ever. I couldn’t recommend enough honestly. Everyone there are lovely and friendly especially Evgenia.

   Love perfect pooch the staff are fantastic with Millie my maltipoo who is deaf and very nervous. Millie loves Queenie...who is so lovely to her , very patient and caring, and does an amazing job of grooming .

   I took Cookie for her first proper groom today. She is a 6 1/2 month Cavapoo. Wow!!! She looked amazing when she was finished. The staff are fantastic and had a chat with me beforehand to understand what sort of cut I wanted for her. I knew from previous puppy trims elsewhere she could get quite agitated, but not at Perfect Pooch. She had play time with other dogs and also had a break for a little nap. I am so pleased with the service I have received. I would highly recommend Perfect Pooch!

   After going to the same groomers for over 2 years I decided it was time to look for a new one. My previous groomers, although good I seemed to always pick fault with the finished cut, asking them to trim further areas. I grew sick and tired of repeating the same thing. I always felt disappointed. Sometimes it looked like he didn’t get a groom at all and before I knew it I was back for another groom!! After some online research I decided to give Perfect Pooch a try! I’m so glad I did! Amazing job!! Amazing cut, didn’t feel the need to ask for more hair to be trimmed. I simply walked out with Hugo with a big smile on my face! I could tell they cared and wanted only the best for their clients and furry friends! I will be a customer for life! Thank you so much
