Lovely spot for a walk — the pier has stunning views, especially around sunset. It’s £2 to get on, which feels fair for how well kept it is. There’s a fun little arcade at the end with a mix of old-school and newer games, great for kids or a quick go yourself. Perfect place to unwind and take in the view.

Just as my partner predicted, it turned out to be the last warm day of 2025. We decided to visit Weston-super-Mare since it’s not far from Bristol. Even though the tide was out, we still got everything we hoped for – a beautiful walk, delicious coffee and ice cream. We sat on the pier and the beach, breathing in the fresh sea air full of iodine. A perfect way to say goodbye to summer.

I wish they had a sunny beer terrace on the top floor of the pier—it would make a huge difference. Watching the sunset with a beer in hand is the kind of memorable experience people come back for. Many piers in California offer that, and it really elevates the visit. I also noticed a few loose floorboards that caused someone to stumble, so hopefully those get fixed sooner rather than later.

We had an amazing time at The Grand Pier and Weston-super-Mare! The beach was lively with so much to do rides, food stalls, ice cream, and activities for everyone. The sand was absolutely amazing and so soft, perfect for relaxing or playing with the kids. We stayed to watch the sunset, which was phenomenal! The only downsides were that the water was quite dirty and stayed far out most of the day, only coming closer around 6 in the evening. Overall though, it was such a fun and memorable day out. Definitely worth a visit

The rides were great fun, and the wristband offers good value for unlimited rides. Just be aware that go-karting requires closed-toe shoes—so no sandals! The 2p machines were entertaining but a bit stingy with the prizes. Also, the £2 initial entrance fee to the pier feels a little steep, especially if you're just planning a short visit. It was a great way to spend time together and make some happy memories.

A good place to spend your free time. not long ago a new attraction on the beach. Long beach, lots of restaurants, bars, fast food at affordable prices. It is busy in the summer.

It had been many years since I'd last visited Weston-super-Mare, and I left last time feeling it was quite depressing. We decided to visit to see the See Monster, and thought it would be nice to to the pier too. We had a brilliant time. It's a lovely pier, and well worth the £1 entry fee just for the views. My children wanted to go on the rides so we paid £15 each for them for the unlimited wristband, which I thought was great value. The loved the drop ride and the laser maze and we more than got our money's worth out of them. We ate in Tiffany's, the staff were great and we really enjoyed our meals and found the portions generous. Great family day out.

This is one fantastic pier, it is absolutely enormous. The walk up it is spectacular and well worth the £1 you pay per person to go on, the view along is amazing, there are little information points going along telling you about the past and facts about W-S-M itself. There is a cafe and a fish and chip shop at the end of the pier as well as a huge arcade area with, to our amazement, actual rides on! A ghost train, fun house, free fall, go karts, simulators and a gift shop. Some rides you have to be 12 for but it’s still worth a look around. I was pleasantly surprised!!

Well if you are at the seaside you simply must go to the pier. It is a £1 entry but well worth it. Lovely day and we enjoyed ice cream and iced coffees. It was great to see so many amusement rides including the dodgems. Lovely cafes. Toilets on 2 floors. Sadly the roller coaster robot arm was not in operation but watched it on YouTube and it was incredible but you would never get me on it. It closed at 6.30pm. One thing I did notice was that the water looked extremely murky...looked it up.and according to the Environment Agency the water was described as 'poor' and official advice is not to swim in the water...Eugh

Nice walk along the pier £1 per person to enter. Good amusement arcade at the end for the family. Good view points from pier. Tiffany's restaurant looked nice but we didn't eat there. Will book for next time!
