Amazing experience for my daughter’s birthday. Izzy was so great with all the kids and everyone had such a great time. Will definitely go again
We were a youth group of 24 young people. Joe, Izzy and Harry were absolutely amazing, they had so much patience, were calm and very professional. The young people had a great time. The Team went above and beyond to give our group a fantastic experience. We would highly recommend this venue and will most definitely return.
I walked in and stood there for a good 10 minutes and no one served me. 2 girls who worked there looked at me and laughed at me and my 4 kids. NEVER coming back VERY RUDE
Fantastic child's birthday package- We were really pleased with the party experience provided! From the moment we arrived (a little flustered and late, due to the M5 traffic!), all of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They handled everything with calm professionalism—even a couple of minor accidents were dealt with swiftly and sensitively, which really put us at ease. The children had an absolute blast! The climbing activities were exciting for all, and the whole atmosphere was buzzing with fun and laughter. The food was fab— tasty, and great for hungry little adventurers. Every detail was taken care of, and the party ran smoothly from start to finish. We had several other parents in our group who also commented on what a brilliant party it was, and I couldn’t agree more. Rock Up truly impressed us with their organisation, warmth, and attention to detail. Highly recommend for a stress-free, joy-filled celebration!
Staff were really friendly, considerate and helpful when needed. Staff we're really great and managing between helping and letting you get on with it. The gentleman who gave the first briefing, can't remember his name (blonde hair and glasses) was really good and approachable. Good value for money, will be going back at some point.
My children love it here. They are always fully staffed (or appear to be at least!). All the team members are constantly looking our for people (especially children) who may need a hand or a bit of encouragement. One particular person remembers and every time we go encourages him to go a little higher. Great team. Great place for kids and families
Some of these kids must have no fear! Really good and will be back. Staff were amazing, really help the kids and get them involved when scared or just need some assistance. Great idea to be fair
Been here loads of times, my son has been twice with friends for birthdays, polite friendly staff, the drop slide can take a while if there's a queue nice a clean well kept, great activity for kids young and old.
We were passing having just left the cinema that's in the same building next door and popped in to see if we could book in. We were told we had to do it online and so we did, coming back an hour or so later. I have two autistic children and the staff were brilliant with them. They were all young people but very proffessional. My children had a great time and the staff contributed greatly to that.
Really enthusiastic staff who were keen to serve at the cafe as well as help on the climbing floor. We felt safe and it wasn’t too crowded - you could always find a wall to climb and there weren’t long queues for any of them. The various walls were fun, it was just a shame the timed wall clock wasn’t working.
