“Staff were really friendly, considerate and helpful when needed. Staff we're really great and managing between helping and letting you get on with it. The gentleman who gave the first briefing, can't remember his name (blonde hair and glasses) was really good and approachable. Good value for money, will be going back at some point.”

“This was an insightful museum to visit, delving into the economic drivers of Weston-Super-Mare throughout time! One section has old railway signage and talks about how the train connectivity brought more money into the town, a boat is shown separately from its industrial heydays. The former Donkey Chair taxi and a model of Weston in the 1960's are unique additions, shopping history is also delved into as the prominent items are touched on and the town's post-World War 2 period. Tourism's impact is another key point even incorporating outfits here, love the puppet theatre attraction as well!”

“I travel a lot for work and have stopped in premier inns all around the country I have to say the service from staff was amazing, extremely friendly and attentive. The on site restaurant was great, you could tell the staff where aware and communicated back to the kitchen when to serve the next dish so you wasn't waiting long. Food was hot and freshly cooked, it really was the best premier inn I've stopped at for this couldn't fault staff and food that came out Great room (stopped in premier plus) some minor marks and wear to room but it's to be expected from a busy hotel, can't fault it today be honest Thank you for the great stay”

“An amazing place to stay. Fabulous room with every comfort that you could wish for. Well stocked BREAKFAST PACKAGE that i could take at a time to suit me. Very clean, lovely hosts, walking distance to the beach, pier and shops- just a superb place to stay. I was only sorry that i couldn’t stay longer. Give this place a go, it will not disappoint.”

“We have just returned from a weeks stay at this superb B&B. We have stayed in many guest houses but have never felt quite at home as much as we did here. Tony and Jane are the perfect hosts, in fact, we felt like we had known them for years, they are so friendly and easy to talk to. The house is stunning inside and out and is immaculate. Our room was spacious with a relaxing view over the park. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. “We recently celebrated our wedding at Batch and had the most wonderful time from start to finish. Planning, organising, and experiencing the day was made as smooth as possible with their wonderful team. The rooms were comfortable for all of our guest. The food and drinks were delightful and dietary requirements were catered to seamlessly. The grounds are beautiful and there was even a nesting swan on the river bank.”

“Situated on Weston super Mares High Street opposite where Marks and Spencers once traded from. It's been open for a year now and is sandwiched between Mountain Warehouse and Fone World. Service was first class and I had the quickest cooked breakfast I've ever ordered. It also filled the spot just like a fry up ought to. Cafe probably seats around 50 customers with the option to sit out front on a warmer day. Staff were very friendly. I'll be sure to pop in again.”

“Was told that the place is recently under new management. Gotta say the staff are excellent. Made us feel very welcome, as well as working their absolute arses off. Saturday night entertainment was great and very reasonable prices.”

“Beautiful park, well kept by volunteers Clean and tidy Beautiful gardens Tabletop sale weather permitting Mon/Wed/Thursday 9 - 2-15, raising funds for thr park. Fish pond, unfortunately, is broken. It has a leak, and under investigation by the council The cafe has closed down. Friendly squirrels Toilets closed down”

“I popped here with my 4yo girls to take advantage of a rare sunny afternoon. The girls were thoroughly entertained for 2.5hours and could have lasted longer if I’d let them! The new double zip line was a hit, as was the splash pad but I think they enjoyed the general sense of freedom I was able to allow them in a safe enclosed environment. (although the park was very quiet when we visited) The staff were really welcoming and friendly. They even encouraged me to bring a picnic or fish and chips next time to make a real day of it - such a good idea! At £3 per child (adults free) to come and go as you please all day I think it’s an absolute steal! Top tip: wear a wetsuit and water shoes so kids can easily swap between play park and splash park. Also if there’s a wind it can be a bit chilly in the water!”

“Lovely lunch Saturday afternoon my 2 brothers had gammon, egg chips, i had southern fried chicken burger & chips, my mum had curry we all really enjoyed, we went back for Sunday lunch we all had turkey & we were not disappointed, huge portions excellent value lovely lady looked after us, will b back in December when visiting my brother”

“It's nice little pub hidden out the way with a great view of the sea...Weston-super-Mare and its brown shite colour sea. Had a sunday carvery which was absolutely delicious needed it after getting soaked in the rain. Would definitely recommend it”

“We have just spent 3 nights at The Royal and after reading the reviews I was very apprehensive about what it would be like so my expectations were not very high. I was pleasantly surprised on arrival and our room was lovely. Large room, comfy bed and nice bathroom. It was cleaned to a high standard every day. The staff were all very friendly and food was good. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Just as my partner predicted, it turned out to be the last warm day of 2025. We decided to visit Weston-super-Mare since it’s not far from Bristol. Even though the tide was out, we still got everything we hoped for – a beautiful walk, delicious coffee and ice cream. We sat on the pier and the beach, breathing in the fresh sea air full of iodine. A perfect way to say goodbye to summer.”
