They even tried to teach me how to use chopsticks to no avail…. The staff here create a warm and friendly vibe for the customer which was apparent the first time I walked in :)”

“Excellent Thai food, with great service. In the middle of "nowhere", we were delighted to bump into a Thai restaurant. The interior has beautiful murals all over, the dragons are especially neat. We had the vegetable spring rolls and chicken satay, both were excellent (and the satay came with a free apple!). We had soft noodles, which were fine, and the spicy tofu with rice, which was awesome. We saw the photos of the salt and spicy French fries, they lived up to the billing. The service is attentive, and patient.”

“The Black Country Arms is a well established pub in Walsall. The pub is situated at the top of Walsall town, near the medieval church, unlike other pubs in Walsall there is actually parking outside which is a bonus. The inside of the pub is very spacious and has a unique layout. There is a wide selection of drinks at the pub to choose from so you will easily find something to enjoy. Getting served is a friendly and speedy encounter, if you wanted to engage in conversation the bar staff are more than happy to do so, they are a good bunch. If you haven’t visited before it is a must, good chance you will visit again.”

Full of beautiful wallpaper, ceilings, fireplaces, tiles, paintings, ceramics, materials, stained glass and architecture a real eclectic mix. The staff are wonderful-very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Spent the afternoon here and could spend a whole year here and still have more to see. Yet to visit the 17 acres - more for another wonderful trip.”

Abit more on the pricey side but in my opinion it's definitely worth it. Atmosphere is always spotless, tables are cleaned constantly. Never too busy, you'll always get a table. “The Platform is situated on the South Staffordshire Railway Walk. The walk itself is well worth a few hours in lovely countryside. The walk is tarmac surface most of the way. The Platform Cafe is situated by Womborne, nr Wolverhapton. The cafe is the converted Station. There is car parking available free of charge. The Platform has been lovingly restored and the cafe is well worth a visit. Good menu and selection of cakes. There is seating inside and out, dogs are welcome outside. The staff are really friendly and there is a great atmosphere in the cafe. Both the walk and cafe are definately worth visiting. We will return.”
