Tourist attraction in Walsall

“The Black Country Arms is a well established pub in Walsall. The pub is situated at the top of Walsall town, near the medieval church, unlike other pubs in Walsall there is actually parking outside which is a bonus. The inside of the pub is very spacious and has a unique layout. There is a wide selection of drinks at the pub to choose from so you will easily find something to enjoy. Getting served is a friendly and speedy encounter, if you wanted to engage in conversation the bar staff are more than happy to do so, they are a good bunch. If you haven’t visited before it is a must, good chance you will visit again.”

“We all had a lovely time on the train. Our 2 grandchildren were so excited. Santa was very good and the elf that told us a story. It was well worth the money. Even though it was busy the staff were very nice.”

“Lovely walk along the canal from Aldridge to the park lime pits, was a lovely sunny day. Take a photo of the map as some of the arrows have disappeared on the posts got a bit turned around but like a wander so no trouble, it was lovely and quiet even with the sun out. Some steep steps just be careful n where shoes to get muddy.”

“Fantastic taste of beer service from all staff exellent food average acceptable prices nice well maintained beer garden. I would give 10 or 11 out of 10 but can only give 9.1/2. “Was a lovely place to stop off on the way home, friendly staff and the food was quick and enjoyable! I loved my meal I had the spinach and ricotta cannelloni with home made chips, worth choosing those, me and my partner shared them and we horn enjoyed!”

“Absolutely beautiful park in Walsall great for family walks never had a problem and they've also fixed the park abit compared to how it used to be for many years apart from the locals ruining the new equipment other then that I would definitely recommend this park to anyone who just enjoys the outside beautiful views”

“We had a takeaway delivery from here, it was our first time ordering and definitely not the last, the food here is amazing. We’ve tried kebabs, quesadillas chicken spring rolls and the fries. No complaints whatsoever. The kebab meat is thinly sliced which is a huge plus for me, so juicy and tasty.”

“This is a great little quaint spoons for you, travelled from N.I to see my missus and stopped in for a pint or two and i must say unbelievable bar staff who are so friendly and love a chat will definitely be back when in the vicinity, made me feel so welcome and had time for everyone.
