We have waited 45min for 3 burgers , and the 3 meats were BURNT. We ate them because we were too hungry , what a mistake. Last time eating there
The Check-in staff was so lovely , was a decent stay , only one issue was the bar staff was slightly rude.
I am staying here for over a month now, for 1 day a week. Accommodation not too bad, manage to sleep well all times so far. RESTAURANT service not good, unfortunately. Every week when it comes to dinner time, when staff presents me the menu, about half of the choices are unavailable. Not good if the menu is already short of choice. Hope it improves, otherwise will have to eat elsewhere.
Worst food in the world! Room was lovely but the food was on another level, not in a good way either. Steak wasn’t sirloin more like chewy minute steak. King Prawns, what king prawns basically all batter with a tiny shrimp inside.
Don't judge a book by its cover. Looks awful from the outside. Inside its clean modern and the food is good.
Nice atmosphere, friendly personnel and delicious food!
