   Trelai Park is a great local park with plenty of space to run which is my normal reason for visiting. There's also a great Parkrun hosted here every week. It's also a great place to bring the kids and they love to ride along the main path through the park. There is also a playground. It doesn't have a great amount of equipment but the kids always really enjoy it whenever we visit. There is also a large car park and so it is usually easy to park except when there are lots of football or rugby matches going on.

   Great area for sports and at time of visit football pitch being used and crowds of public support One BIG downside was dog mess everywhere on grass and paths even in the children's play area poor show from dog owners in area

   Nice big area with a skate park there as well. Would be nice if people would pick up after their dogs, especially where children play rugby

   The wide open fields are bounded by plenty of woodland. There are rough parts plus some intriguing slopes on the far side of the link road.

   Large empty open space,trees grass and plenty of room to stretch you're legs play footy or roam around the woods, perfect for getting your excercise or clearing you're head,one of cardiff secret gardens, well worth a visit.
