   Hi there, I’m very disappointed with the service we received. I filled out the online form three times, each time making it clear that we have a Finnish Lapphund whose fur must never be cut. I never received a confirmation email, and there was no follow-up call to arrange the groom. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and called between six and eight times before finally reaching someone. On that call, I again explained in detail that our dog’s hair cannot be cut. When I dropped her off, I repeated this to the staff member present, but he seemed distracted and did not make a note of it. I even phoned again while walking home to ensure the message had been received, and I was reassured that it had. Despite this, when I collected her, I discovered that her leg fur had been cut and shaped. This will take one to two years to grow back properly. I find this careless and unacceptable. You have lost our business, and I will not be recommending your services. I would also strongly suggest having a dedicated person at the front desk to communicate with clients, rather than trying to juggle multiple grooms while taking in dogs.

   The guys look after both my dogs - Ruby and Pablo and they are the very best. I’ve used others in the area and this place must be magical as both dogs actually pull me to get in to see the team at Muddy Paws. (I couldn’t find a picture of the both dogs post groom but wanted to post a photo of them just because I think they’re cute… the other was provided by the team of Pablo sitting happily on the table at Muddy Paws)

   Best in the business!! Been taking my cocker-spaniel here since he was a puppy after being recommended by a friend and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The staff are all so friendly, welcoming, accommodating to your dog’s needs and it’s so nice to see their love & passion for dogs. I’ve never been unhappy with how they’ve groomed Rolo, he’s always looked so smart and fresh. He gets compliments on walks and I’m asked how I keep his coat so shiny - it’s all Muddy Paws!!

   Such a great dog groomers. They are so kind to the dogs and always listen to what you want. I’ve never been disappointed when I’ve picked up our dog. We once had to go to another groomers as we were away and it was so hot we had to get him cut. When we picked up our dog he was crying/whimpering when he saw us. Picked him up from Muddy Paws today and he is so happy. Having a groom isn’t his favourite thing to do but for him to come out so happy and relaxed is a testament to how great they are with him.

   Muddypaws is great! Cannot fault the team they take excellent care of our girls and they always come out with tails wagging and a little dog treat. The shampoo smells divine too. Would never dream of taking our two spaniels anywhere else!

   Took both my rescue dogs for a bath and brush. One had rolled in something and stank. She is also a bit nervous but was well behaved thanks to the calming influence of the groomer. Both dogs came out looking great and smelling a whole lot sweeter. Totally recommend Muddy Paws.

   I have been taking my puppy winnie to muddy paws since she was 10 weeks old and the staff are absolutely amazing with her and got her use to the bath and being groomed. She is now 6months old and loves going to have a groom. I was unsure on what kind of cut i wanted her to have but the staff knew exactly what to do and my fur baby come out looking and smelling amazing. She is also so happy when coming home. Highly recommend taking your fur babys here
