Absolutely loved my experience with Tummy2Mummy. Both reception staff and the sonographer were super atentative, kind and made us feel very excited for our baby! We went in for NIPT test and a scan at 10 weeks and everything went so smoothly!
My wife and I found the sonographer rude and unprofessional. Baby scans should be special moments, the conduct of the sonogropher really degraded our experience. We have previously used cherished moments near Solihull and can't explain how much worse our experience was at tummy2mummy as opposed to cherished moments. Tummy2mummy is purely an emotionless conveyer belt where you're rushed in and out and shown little respect. I have now upgraded the review after being invited back to 'put things right'. We were fortunate to be offered a complimentary scan with a different sonogropher who offered a completely different experience - if we had this experience in the first instance then our review would have been nothing but positive.
We've been here twice for scans now and both times been treated well, met by a friendly receptionist and sonographer. I felt more at ease here than I did with my scans with the NHS, these felt rushed in comparison. Would recommend to others.
An amazing service from Donna and Bindi - went in for a blood test but ended up doing an early reassurance scan and got to see our baby’s heartbeat sooner than expected. It was right at the end of the day but both ladies were so kind and didn’t make me feel rushed in the slightest. Will be returning to Tummy2Mummy for another reassurance scan soon!
The lady who done my scan was lovely. But considering you pay £55 you have to pay an extra £10 to get your scan photo, but what upset me the most is I was told I could go back and get all my photos and my baby’s heart beat another day. So I then rang up to confirm going in to get the photos and the heart beat to be told I had to pay another £55 to get these. I think it’s absolutely absurd and it’s heartbreaking. I should not have been told they would keep them for me and I could come in and collect. Absolutely disgusting.
Polite ladies but very rushed scan. Like 4-5minutes - sad when its the first time you get to see your baby for £55. when baby came on the screen she pretty much said 'there you go' and it was an awkward silence felt like i shouldve got up and left. tried to delay leaving by asking a few questions so that we could see for longer but not great vibes. changed our minds about wanting the package
We had a 4d scan here on Saturday and can not thank the lady (think her name was Sally) enough who did it she was amazing. Our little nugget was being very awkward, she did everything to try and get some good snaps for us. Highly recommend this place. Thank you. Janine and Jon.
Had a early gender re-scan today due to baby being awkward at first scan! Absolutely lovely atmosphere, the staff were delightful and so kind both times! The best experience ever and will definitely be going back! Love it here!
Had scans thought out my pregnancy early scans 3d gender etc. Staff were great so much reassurance given at our gender scan baby was be awkward lady took her time sent me walking twice. Lovely atmosphere will be using again for my new pregnancy for sure. 100 percent recommend.
