The manager at Claire’s Coventry has had a history of profiling, false theft accusations and harassment. Time to start looking for new work, inner to start with. What an ugly inside.
Yes that customer service lady had indeed a problem. Disgusting and unacceptable behaviour from the the lady that snatch paid stuff out of kids hand.Be ashamed
Jayde and Bloo were absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly kind and caring when my daughter got her ears pierced today.
Really bad experience with claires employee. Appointment was booked at 11:30 and shutters were closed. The employee got there at 12:15 and didn't apologise. Then told us that she can't do the piercing because it's not on her system. We told her to check in front of us but she refused. She said even if it was a booking that she can't do it as they need 2 people for a 6 month old. When the online booking was made it was stated that it was for a 6 month old baby. And then proceeded to tell us that it was our fault and told us to leave in front of all the customers. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. Do not bring your child here.
I went there 10 minutes before closing time, unfortunately the shutter had already been put down. Was planning to buy a good pair of earrings so they lost a customer. Shame.
Horrible horrible service by a staff member named Terijo. She forced me to have my daughters ears pierced with expensive earrings, we was manipulated and deceived. When she pierced my daughters ears she was forceful despite my daughter screaming her head off. Terijo forced the piercing on her. She told me to hold her down and not to worry about her crying. It was so uncomfortable. The piercing was also not level. When I called the shop a few days before, the manager said they can offer a dual piercing and its best to book for it. I did originally go in to book but Terijo seemed so desperate to pierce my daughter, she said there won’t be 2 staff members in for a while to dual pierce, which was a lie! My daughter now will not enter that store when that particular staff member is there. I will have to formally complain when shops reopen and take this further.
I love going into Claires mainly for earrings & hair accessories. I always find the staff friendly & helpful & there is always a large choice of items & special offers
Really cool things such as jojo siwa and cat ears or fake glasses ear pearcing and lots of cool accessories all the staff are kind and helpful and always ask if we having a good do love that store My name is Simran 9 years old and wote all of this myself and remember Claire's is the good way to shop
I went Claire's in West Orchads I bought something but was to big so ask refund then ladie who work said before you buy it try it but how do expect me try when its with labelled and then she said these I need some manors and she also say don't need she u need stuff it in my face so ruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuudddddddddddddeeeeeeeee she was blond by the way.
