   Lovely ultrasound technician who made us feel so reassured! I can’t remember her name, she was so good. Took her time to explain everything and accommodated my parter and I. This is our 3rd visit, team are always so nice! Would definitely recommend if you want to see the little one before birth!!

   The Nelson shop staff are fantastic! They went above and beyond with me and my baby, Anytime I rang with an issue they did absolutely anything they could and always rectified any issue and made sure I was always happy and satisfied. Only sorry that I can’t remember the girls names to give them a well deserved thank you again!

   Had the best experience ever in a retail shop, the two girls at the front desk go out of their ways to help out which ever way they can. Very well explained on the product and demonstrated how it works and so on. After an overwhelming research, we went there to buy 2 car seats, paid £300 for it and already fitted and out within less than 25 minutes. Them girls were super polite and helpful, the biggest strength of this business are them girls. Good products and very reasonable prices. Will not hesitate to come back whenever I need something. Cheers

   We have been researching Prams and Car seats for the last few months, We found Discount Pram Centre through word of mouth from the Owners. We travelled from Leicester to South Wales to see family for a weekend and whilst here we went down to the Nelson store, the staff were amazing, they helped us with looking through the different Models and Brands. The staff's knowledge and approachable Customer service style are a great complement to the store, the variety of prams, level of knowledge from the staff and value for money is fantastic. Just to top it off the offer they provide of a free 4D Scan with the purchase of a pram makes the experience all the more magical. My wife and I will be coming back for anything else we need and would recommend it to anybody who wants a friendly, professional and personal experience.

   Came here today and had a brilliant experience I didn’t expect it to be like it was felt really sorry for the poor girl as I had her walking back and forth showing us how 4 different prams folded down and showing us different choices of car seat even showed us the Pram we loved in the book to show us different colours! I was so happy and she was so lovely and polite!! Really hope she gets this feedback because she 100% deserves it! Our appointment was 11am this morning!! Thank you so much for a brilliant experience can’t wait to have my next scan to come and make a definite decision and put deposit down! If I could give more stars I would! Absolutely outstanding and nothing is too much trouble for them!! You’ve got brilliant staff!! ❤️
