I highly recommend Vicky, she’s excellent with our dog Max! She’s really friendly and knowledgeable and was amazing with Max on his first visit, as he was very nervous. She’s such a natural with dogs and so calm and patient! Max now loves going for his grooming sessions!
I took my extremely nervous cockapoo to see Vicky a few months ago with very little hope that she would be able to get anywhere near her! Vicky was amazing and totally calmed Pippa to the point where she managed to bathe her, dry her and trim her nails. On just her second visit she managed a full groom!!! Amazing as my dog will not let ANYONE outside the family to even stroke her. I highly recommend.
Vicky has groomed our Springer since Tails and Trails first opened. She provides an excellent service, great attention to detail when grooming and communicates well. Took our spaniel to Victoria for his first groom and she was so good with him. He has since been back for grooming twice and loves his visits. Victoria trimmed him beautifully, and took time with me to chat about taking his coat shorter. She did a really great job.
