   Ordered hand tied bouquet, requested interesting flowers as special gift. Assured by staff that a fresh delivery of flowers due that day. Asked rough cost told would start at £35, I said fine. Husband picked them up as driving 160 miles to visit friends. 90% chrysanthemums, disgusted with whole thing. Ashamed to give them yo my friend. Never will use again.

   Used this florist recently for the first time for funeral flowers. The lady who helped us really understood what we wanted and this was reflected in the wonderful flowers that were delivered on the day. Everyone in attendance commented on how lovely they were.    We wanted to thank Voyles for providing an absolutely fantastic service and their help and guidance on the flower arrangement for Donald Moore’s funeral 28th October 2022. They managed to include in the most wonderful way, the ‘Michaelmas Daisy’, which was seasonal and a personal favourite. The arrangement was perfect and delivered direct to our chosen funeral director ‘Bay Tree' Blaby on the morning of the event. You are in safe hands with 'Voyles' and they are the friendliest bunch to deal with and even worth a visit for all of the other items that they provide. Well done and thank you.
