   I was in this coop a couple of days ago, and I had a fantastic experience. The two young lads in the store went above and beyond to help me and my young daughter around the shop. 10/10 experience I would definitely recommend!!

   Really poor customer service from niranranjit this evening , having been in retail for over 20 years I stood what seemed like an eternity whilst he bent up and down and checked the Scottish notes that the previous customer had given him for cigarettes , he not once acknowledged me , he continued to check them ,another customer came in and chose his items and stood next to me while I waited still, so I asked him if he would serve me in stead of checking the notes which he moaned and said that he had to check them , I told him he should of done this before giving the item to the previous customer while making me wait for his mistake . I was a little frustrated with his cheeky and rude attitude so I came back into store to complain but the other staff member had disappeared out back . I’ve visited this store many times and tonight a cheeky member of staff that definitely requires training in customer service and note checking has made me think twice about visiting next time.
