   This is my nearest Co Op all of a sudden without notice they have stopped the delivery and the collect service to my post code saying not available. Not even showing up in Co Op app as an available Co Op for our area. Not even sure if it's closed down or still open. I had a delivery or so about a week ok so was fine then. Pointless haveing Co Op card now or the app.

   Very rude Asian man refused to put a gas voucher on without a QR code which is a lie as I have been there 3 times before. He then called me a liar which I re ordered, he then refused to give my disabled father his gas. Ovo energy sent a message to their terminal but the assistant refused to add the voucher saying he did not understand English. I then asked the Asian girl and she said she doesn’t not know how to do it. Terrible customer service. Have left a disabled pensioner with dementia with no heating

   It has a good location. Free parking space is available. There is a free withdrawal point. It has a variety of products to meet our basic needs. There is a cosmetic section. It has medium customer density. It's a clean market. The staff are friendly.

   Co-op Eastern Green is a useful local grocery and greengrocery shop. Beer, wine and soft drinks are available here too. Staff are helpful and friendly.

   Very rude staff, my wife was short changed by £5 the man serving her just walked off when she told him he short changed her then came back and just handed her the £5 and didn't even apologise this shop needs a good staff shake up some of the staff are polite but there's a few who need training in customer service

   Good selection of quality items and the staff are friendly. Ignore the reviews from the Deilveroo customers: that is not the Co Op's fault, but the fault of Deliveroo's drivers. One star should be given to Deliveroo, and not the Co Op, for that.
